For your enjoyment, we offer comfortable seating, cable TV, a coffee/ tea bar, and and a water bottle fridge in the 'no wait' reception area. The office is updated on a regular basis to reflect our commitment to staying up to date in amenities, clinical education and services.
Each operatory has been designed for your comfort. A TV, pillow, blanket, and headphones are available in each treatment room for your comfort. If you need to relax a little more, we offer nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) to help you be as comfortable as possible.
It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of ourpatients. For this reason, our office meets andexceeds all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) ,CDC (Center for Disease Control), and ADA (American Dental Association) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office and look forward to meeting you.
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you get the most from your benefits. Needed treatment,estimated insurance amounts, and estimated patient out-of-pocket expense are listed so you will be informed of cost prior to treatment. All co-pay amounts are due at the time of service. Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit.

We love the entire staff. We included my wife and 15 year old son. Everyone from Reception/Billing, Hygienists/Assistants, and of course Dr. Thompson, have been great for us. Jennifer/Shelley are so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable in the front of the house making it a breeze to get scheduled and then we just show up and the back of the house does the rest. They are really good about getting you in on time and getting you out the door quickly. They've become our family dentist and we are very happy with our choice.

My experience with West Poplar Dental has been positive over the past 20 years. I feel like I've grown old with the staff. Shelly sets the office tone and is always kind, caring and knowledgeable. The best dental hygienist, Amy, is onboard and encourages when things aren't really dandy. Last but not least...Dr. Thompson, he knows everything about teeth.....honestly. I wish that I had listened to him when I didn't. Yes, not being true to your teeth will make them false you.

I had a dental Emergency. I chipped one of my teeth. I checked the internet and called several dental offices until I found one that could see me and accept my insurance. West Poplar Dental was it. I just love the warm reception and courteousness of Everyone. I was seen very quickly and Dr Thompson took care of my issue with my teeth. I could go on and on about their hospitality. They are the answer to every apprehensive dental patient prayers. Thank You All and God Bless.

I have been a patient at West Poplar Dental since I was 12 years old (now 32). I have never had a single problem and have always been looked after like family. Plus my teeth haven't had any issues outside needing braces!! Couldn't recommend enough!
