Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. This place is horrible. They tried to tell me I needed over $2000 of dental work. Luckily I didn't believe them and got a second opinion and I don't even have a cavity. Stay away. They will lie to you just to make a profit.

One of the best dental experience I've had in a long time. My DA and my Dr. were both very welcoming and made me feel comfortable about my visit. They listened and conversated as if I've been a patient forever. To say the least i know my teeth need work and just after one visit I left extremely happy and far more confident about my mouth!

I always have a lot of dental work but this office makes me feel so at ease and thoroughly explains any procedures and costs. The front desk staff are all so welcoming and helpful! Dr. Partow is one of the best around

I have given this office chance and chance again to become the dental service of choice. Each time I go there it's disappointing. My son was seen there just a few days ago for a routine cleaning. The dentist completed the cleaning and as soon as he returned to waiting room, i was approached by the front desk personnel to give me a Wisdom tooth extraction plan. No one gave me any information about the visit we were there for. It would have been nice to hear how the exam went... secondly as I was sitting in waiting room, i looked around and saw mounds of dust and spiderwebs and small pellets allover the waiting room and floor. Terrible experience.

This place is amazing the Doctors the front office team are wonderful I was very nervous when I first came for my appointment, and no one likes going to the dentist but, they made me feel very comfortable everyone that help me were soo nice if you are looking for a new dentist office in plano I definitely recommend West Plano Modern Dentistry.

Hands down the best dentist I have been too, I am terrified of the dentist and Dr. Day and all the staff made me feel so comfortable....I am a big cryer when it comes to dentist even a simple cleaning can be bad for me...I had to get a tooth pulled and let me tell you I FELT NOTHING and not a tear was shed Dr. Day has gentle hands and numbed me to the GODS, overall it was a great procedure and the staff is AMAZING

Been coming here for 5+ years and they're consistently great! Dr Partow and her staff are always on the ball and have been taking great care of my teeth. Update: I've apparently been going here closer to 10 years. Dr Partow and staff continue to be great. Very helpful, not pushy at all, and will work on getting you the best care they can give you.

Dr. Partow was very inpatient and rude for my appointment but staff was the ones overall who made an error. As we know, people make mistakes and customers has the right to ask questions & get an understanding. I've been going to this location for a long time but after today.. I must report things have went downward and the receptionist was agitated because I was trying to get an understanding. I stared at Modern Denistry in Austin where I had great interactions. Customer service and patience is very important..

Horrible experience. I'm a dentist's daughter. Staff is in training and incompetent. I've had to go back several times because the retainers cut my cheek. DON'T go there!
