I am from out of town and I called first thing in the morning with pain. Dr. Tim was very accommodating and immediately got me in. The office staff are so pleasant and friendly and inform you of all details. Dr. Tim is very soft spoken and makes it a very relaxing experience. I sincerely appreciate everything! Thank you.

I was a bit apprehensive about having a root canal, but Dr. Tim and his staff were excellent and I am now eating ice cream again, much to the chagrin of my waist-line.

Every aspect of this Endodontics' office has been excellent. The office staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. My first visit was scheduled as an emergency and the appointment was made immediately. Dr. Tim and his staff are a pleasure to work with and eager to answer all questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend West Pines Endodontics.

I was very nervous about having a root canal. I get loads of anxiety being poked around. To my surprise Dr. Tim was very gentle with his hands. For the most part I could barely feel him working on my mouth. He definitely put me at ease about the procedure from beggining to end.

Impeccable service each and every visit. Customer service was amazing. My general dentist said that he is one of the best in town and I totally agree. He is very detailed oriented and his staff will definitely take good care of you throughout the entire process. Had a root canal done at West Pines Endodontics a few days ago. The staff is really nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. Didn't really feel like I was at a dental office, must have been the music in the background. Cool place, I highly recommend it if you have to see an Endodontics.

Im am terrified of going to the dentist! Dr. Tim and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They did amazing job at making me feel at ease and extremely comfortable while they did my root canal procedure. Dr. Tim listened to my concerns (and fears) and took the time to educate me on my dental situation. The facility is immaculate! The staff! It's hard to find just good genuine customer service like that anymore! The way everyone was so happy and great positive energy was what made my experience. I would highly recommend Dr.Tim if you're looking for a great Endodontist!
