Dr. Steines is a native of Chippewa, PA. He graduated from Westminster College in 2005 with degrees in Biology and Neuroscience. After completing his doctorate at Temple University, Dr. Steines moved back to the Pittsburgh area to practice and has been at West Penn Dental Center ever since. He currently treats patients at West Penn Dental Center and is the dentist at several assisted living facilities around the greater Pittsburgh area. Doctor Steines has been with West Penn Dental Center for over 10 years and is the current owner of the practice.
Dr. Robert McKinstry has been a dentist for 36 years. He is an advanced degree in prosthodontist and maxillofacial prosthetics. He has taught full-time at Emory University School of Dentistry, University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He served as the Director of the Regional Center for Maxillofacial Prosthetic Rehabilitation at Eye and Ear Hospital for 6 years. He is also the author of four textbooks in dentistry. Dr. Mckinstry has been with West Penn Dental Center for over 15 years.
Dr. Saber graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Chemistry. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1986, he has maintained a private practice as well as practicing at West Penn Dental Center. Dr. Saber has been partnered with West Penn Dental Center for over 10 years.
Cindy Saber graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1986. Cindy has worked in both pedodontic as well as a periodontic practices. Cindy has been with the office for over 10 years.
Ofelia attended Dental School in Pueblo, Mexico, and worked as a dentist for 2 years. After moving to Pennsylvania and raising her children, she began working as a dental assistant and has been at West Penn Dental Center for over a decade.
George has been a dental lab technician for 40 years working with full and partial dentures and denture and partial repairs. He is also experienced with fabrication of crowns and bridgework. George has been with West Penn Dental Center for 35 years.
Ed has been a dental lab technician for 40 years working with full and partial dentures, and denture and partial repairs. He is also experienced with fabrication of crowns and bridgework. Ed has been with West Penn Dental Center for 30 years.

West Pitt dental is the most friendliest dental place around..I've been going there for Little over 10 years now, and have NOT had a bad experience.. fast ,friendly, sufficient, kind ,wonderful staff I recommend anyone whose looking for dental services .you will not be disappointed.

Best experience I've had at a dentist office. Had a great time with the staff. Very attentive to make sure I was not in pain at any point. Even offered me a free sticker for being good.

I recommend anyone to go to West Penn Dental. They are extremely friendly people they're very gentle in anything they do they're all so very kind your bedside manner is above and beyond they do not judge anybody for what a person does. I thank you Wes Penn Dental for all the work you've done for me my teeth are absolutely beautiful and I would recommend anybody to go to to you! Thank you again and anybody who sees this don't pass it up you won't regret it.

I have SEVERE dental anxiety. Dr. Gregory Steines has been so understanding and kind to me during each visit. I'm incredibly appreciative of how patient he's been with explanations, dental work and his overall practice of dentistry. I highly, highly recommend him!

I've never had any luck with dentists as an adult, which caused anxiety, so I stopped going. After having major dental issues due to an autoimmune disease, I had no choice but to find a new dentist. I stumbled across West Penn Dental and I'm so glad I did! From Stephanie (front desk) to Abby and Jackie (dental hygienists) Dr McKinstry and Dr Steines, I've had nothing but great experiences every single time! I'll never go anywhere else!

We are so glad we were referred to West Penn Dental for our two children! I had my 3 year old there today and it was a great experience. He is not one to sit still very long and the Dental Hygienist Abby was very sweet and patient with him. Dr Greg was also great with him and happy to answer any questions that I had. Also the staff at the front desk is always so pleasant!
