If you've had bad experiences going to the dentist, this place will change your mind and have you looking forward to your next visit!!!! The team, starting with scheduling your appointments and checking in are super nice. Sydney was polite and gave me a phone call and text message reminder for my up coming visit. The dental hygienist Camber was very knowledgeable and took detailed notes about my previous bad dental experiences and relayed that information to Dr. Ong. The doctor was also kind and understanding about how I felt regarding the state of my teeth and gums. He did a oral cancer screening and answered all my questions. The dental hygienist did my cleaning for half my teeth and injected the novacaine so gently, I barely felt a thing. I don't do well with metal instruments scrapping my teeth so I let her know I needed a break. Cambrie heard my discomfort and changed instruments from a metal scrapping tool to the water drill. Overall, I felt heard and respected. This team went above and beyond to help me feel at ease. Highly recommend this place<3

poor customer service the office manager is very rude they have poor communication and there billing practices are very shady they will harras you for what they want but when you need something they will just threaten you and threaten you they lie alot about there billing

Appreciated there letting me in without an appointment for my problem. They were friendly and very prompt. Took care of my problem and also took their time to speak with me of my options. Very professional and the receptionist was extremely helpful. Thanks again for seeing me without an appointment. Excellent Care

I wish there was a 10 star rating because this office deserves it in every aspect. Everyone from the front office, dental assistants to Dr. Ong have been so professional, artistic, friendly and worked as one.. a true team. Fear of dental work, they will help you! With major work that needed to be done , Dr. Ong didn't take the easy way out. He listened and asked what I wanted to do. We are so pleased with the results, my crowns and partial look natural and feel good. They fit me in for many emergency visits and worked around my schedule. The price was very reasonable. Members of the staff who weren't working on me at a given time always stopped by to see the progress. Thanks ALL, I'm smiling!

I have been going to this dental office. They have always been polite, courteous and friendly. I would recommend them if you are looking for a dentist. I also like they they are open on Saturdays.

West Pasco dental is amazing! All my co workers go here and so I have it a shot and after my appointment, I let my husband know how amazing they are. Everyone is os professional and thorough. Such a great dental experience!

Very welcoming and supportive staff. Both Dentists I saw were professional, understanding and accommodating. Front office folks great as were the dental assistants. They really deserve the 5 stars. I was on the road and needed endodontics (referred out to great specialist) and two crowns. They worked me in and made sure it all got done in my time frame -- something even my 'regular dentisit' in New Mexico couldn't do for me two years ago. The prices caught me off guard and would be a reason to only give them 4 stats but that hardly seems fair since they did a superb job. I don't live in the area so I don't know how their prices compare to others but they are probably in line with a first-rate job.
