I went to this place because I have a lot pain on my gums and it's bleeding and they take my insurance and the dentist told me that i just need to get all four of my wisdom teeth out and I was like okay but in the meantime can I get meds and he said just go to an oral surgeon mind you that's going to take some time. Do not go to this place

Staff was not very pleasant to be around. I couldn't even get a Hi from the receptionist Or the hygienists and that's besides the fact that you have to wait an hour after your appointment time. Oral surgeon didn't even look at me told me he couldn't do the work and to go somewhere else. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Greatest dental office experience ever (and believe me, I've been around the block couple zillion times ). Professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned at 10:15... I wasn't seen until 11:10.... I asked the receptionist to check and see why it's taking so long, she said, that I'm next...that was at 10:50..I said ok, then I see the hygienist come out and take someone else...i asked the receptionist to check and see if she took in someone before me, and she did....the receptionist then told me that their appointment was before mine...when . they came out, I asked them, when your appointment was she said 10:30...this is the second time thus has happened to me....over 1 1/2 hours to wait....and other things have happened here to, like an incompetent hygienist... I will not be coming back...

Cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. Then a long wait that was said to be even longer when another patient who was in there before me asked. Said I would reschedule and then walked out. I read the reviews while sitting in the waiting room; wish I had done that before I called. I was a first time patient, too.

First impressions go a long way and immediately noticed how unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unmotivated the staff was. Would not recommend due to customer service experience.

I love this west nyack dentist office. I been going there 15 years. Nice friendly staff.Especially Jessica is very helpful. I love my dental hygienist Andrew Kocaturk.He does a real good job with cleaning. I recommend people to go there.

The staff are nice, but this office is very dirty. Things do not appear to be clean and it makes you wonder what cleaning and sanitizing protocols are being followed because the equipment looks like it hasn't been wiped down in months. A dentist office needs to be pristine and very clean to be safe. This place is filthy and old.

Do not go to this dentist they messed up my root canal so bad that there was an opening in the crown I had no knowledge of and the tooth eventually died and I have to get an implant now, this dentist is actually trolling to the max please do not go here.

I LOVE this dentist office . From the surgeon's to the office staff, they are honestly amazing. When I first came here I was nervous and the surgeon made me feel comfortable and did a great job !. I ended up switching my dentist to this office because of what a great job the surgeon did. Then when I came and got a cleaning, I knew this would be my dentist forever. Everyone in this office is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They do a beautiful job from cleanings to fixing a tooth.

Staff is very nice. The doctors are very professional and do very good work. I have never had a problem with them. They offer NO2 and I have had root canals, fillings, and teeth pulled. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling.

One word, GHETTO! When you walk in, expect gossiping, eating and a complete lack of regard and professionalism. That was enough for me to walk out and not be seen after waiting. Enough for me not to trust anyone there with my dental health.

I don't know why people have left bad reviews for this dental office. I've had 3 filling replacements and a root canal here and I have been extremely happy with each visit. All my appointments have started on time (no long waiting) and the dentists are professional and quick. Even the root canal took only about 40 minutes. The rooms are clean and with Covid, every staff member is masked and taking precautions. The front desk staff might seem a little harried, but that's because it's a very busy office! It's a fine place to have your teeth fixed, plain and simple.

Reception always messes up the charts. I would wait 1 hr then they decide to bring my chart to the WRONG hygienist. Hygienist rip into my gums for 3 min then says I'm done. There is one good hygienist. It's too bad she's in that practice.
