Dr. Lees years in Philadelphia were busy ones. Beyond her coursework, she served as a teaching assistant in a general restorative dentistry preclinical course and participated in countless volunteer programs to promote public oral health awareness.
More than anything else, Dr. Lee is passionate about the well-being of her patients. To her, beyond the care she brings to each visit, Dr. Lee expresses this commitment by promoting preventive care and educating patients as to how to maintain and improve their dental health.
Dr. Lee seeks to bring the latest state-of-the-art research and technology to her patients. She ensures that they receive unparalleled dental care and deepens her knowledge through study clubs, workshops, and keeping up with the latest advances in the field.
Since her time at Penn, Dr. Lee has received certifications in CEREC CAD-CAM 3D, the Odyssey diode laser, oral sedation dentistry, Invisalign, and attended the Dawson Academy. Dr. Lee is an active member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Dental Association.
Donna loves the outdoors and stays unfailingly active. She loves her herb garden, not to mention using those herbs in her excellent cooking. Donna feels fortunate to work in a practice that is a close-knit family.
Pauline joins our team after a career as an elementary educator. She is excited to be working with a wonderful team of coworkers and putting her positive energy toward helping our patients with a smile and a giggle or two. Pauline enjoys sewing, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Amy joined us over twenty years ago, working while still a high school student, and is excited to bring her energy and excitement to West Mill Smiles. Amy makes all of our patients feel at ease and ensures that theyre well taken care of. She loves all kinds of outdoor activities and spending time with her son.
Jas, who joined our team in 2006, has been a dental hygienist since 1992. She attended Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York. Jas is an incredibly warm and funny colleague, and can joke (fluently!) in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. She makes the best chai anyone has ever tasted.
Lisa has been working as a dental hygienist since 1986. She considers the mouth a vital part of a person's overall health and hopes to educate her patients about how to achieve their best oral health. She looks forward to meeting everyone at West Mill Smiles. Lisa is experienced in Invisalign and is licensed to administer local anesthesia.

Jen did a very good job with my first consultation and cleaning. She was gentle, thorough, and sat down with me to review my teeth. She is Very kind and informative, I highly recommend her as a dentist

I had an appointment at 1PM earlier today. (technically yesterday, but it's 12:09 AM and I'm not in bed) I arrived very early ( 1/2 -hr.) and awaited my check-up. Jasmin (I think her name was - my awful memory) gave me a thorough check-up/cleaning. Dr.Jen came-in to check. I feel well serviced.

My family has been going to West Mill Smiles for many years. The staff is extremely responsive to any needs and I've always received excellent dental care. Everyone is also so pleasant that it doesn't feel like a chore to go to the dentist!

As usual, my appointment went very well. I was taken in on time, and all went fine. I am free for another 6 months. The cleaning went fine, but I have to come back for two small fillings in two weeks. Not a bad deal.

Very nice, pleasant people but also extremely professional. I am new to seeing Dr. Lee and have to say this was the most comprehensive exam I have had in a very long time. Dr. Lee not only took x-rays and did a physical exam, she photographed my teeth then and explained the condition of each tooth to me. I was able to ask questions and when finished, I knew exactly what she was going monitor and had a plan forward for my care. I was very pleased an impressed and believe I will receive excellent care here.
