Very professional and kind. Took the time to explain what was going to happen. They were very upfront about what was covered by my insurance and their quote was spot on. I hate everything about Dentists but this place made me feel very comfortable.

I have had such a great experience with Dr. Klooster and his assistants. I've been squeezed in last minute on several occasions due to post-op complications and I was given instant relief from my pain every time. Each step of the treatment plan is always explained in detail before it's done and the staff there are all so kind! I'm so grateful to have had such a great experience even through all of the difficulties in my recovery. Thank you so much, Dr. Klooster!

Excellent experience here with tooth extractions. I had Dr. Hoekstra and he was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone. Knowledgeable, and he educates you on what to expect. Great staff.

don't use the care credit card. I end up paying a lot interest on it until I got my insurance reimbursement back after a year because of wrong handling the paperwork.

Told me they accepted my insurance and then called a few days after my appointment and said they didn't and that I needed to pay the bill. Only reason I even had the appointment is because they said I had to since I had switched dental insurance. I went in for a consultation to schedule my wisdom teeth removal and I told the dentist I was having bad pain and he didn't even look in my mouth. Went to a different oral surgeon and they actually listened and it turned out I had a really bad infection - so, I'm glad I ended up going somewhere else.

When I first arrived everyone was very sweet and calm. I signed some medical release papers and my husband paid the bill. I didn't have to wait long either which was great cause I have TERRIBLE anxiety. I opted for sedation as my wisdom teeth were impacted and required some sawing to get them all out. Also for the anxiety factor of surgery. I was told I would be put to sleep and not feel a thing. That was not the case as I repeatedly woke up throughout the procedure. I remember hearing the saw and feeling it. I started to panic and the dr told me "that does not hurt, I need you to calm down". But like why was I even awake? I also specially remember hearing him saying "she won't stay down". For post op care I was told I would be given norco, ibuprofen and antibiotics. When my husband got to the pharmacy they had sent in two scripts for ibuprofen and one for antibiotics. I was told to take my narcotic within one hour of surgery and it took multiple phone calls and finally several hours later I was able to get my pain medication. There was no apology for the anesthesia not working fully or the prescription confusion. All in all a very stressful and anxiety riddled day. I will not be using their office again.
