I trust Dr. Kirby completely. He did a great job removing my impacted wisdom teeth and followed up to make sure I was recovering properly. So refreshing to have a doctor who truly cares.

We brought our daughter for a consultation. Staff was great, Dr. was great. After our 10 minute consultation while checking out we were told we owe $317.00 WOW.. When we arrived they asked for our insurance cards, made copies, Returned my card and never said a word about not accepting my insurance. I was totally shocked when they asked for $317.00 Obviously we paid them but will not return again. Would have been a much different opinion had someone let us know up front they did no accept our insurance and also that the charge would be that much for 10 minutes.

I was as anxious as a person could get, but Dr. Kirby did an amazing job at calming me down and making me feel safe, heard, and seen. I had an excellent experience with him!

5 stars isnt enough! I had the pleasure of having Doctor Kirby do my dental implants. He was outstanding from the second I met him in my first appointment to the last. He's very passionate about his work and takes the time to explain everything in detail so you can understand and are 100% comfortable. And my teeth look amazing! I would without a doubt recommend him and his team. Everyone in both the Grandville and Holland office was wonderful to deal with

After a very positive consult for my son with special needs, I was told he would have an injection to make him sleepy before his extraction. When we arrived for our appointment we were greeted by a not so happy front desk clerk who was very loud and bullish. She barked at everyone as we walked in about what she needed. We all "filled out paperwork". On the paperwork it required my initials for an IV (not an injection previously discussed with Dr). I was confused. I went to the counter and stated my concerned and she said "eh same thing" okay, not really though.. We then loaded into the room. My son a nervous wreck. Dr came in and stated an IV again. I was confused. We had already discussed a shot.. I really don't understand the miscommunication. Why say one thing and then do another. My son received ketamine, and after he was coming out of it he didn't react well and was screaming and very combative, not himself and out of it. The front desk lady came barreling in asking for payment which was about $500. No problem. Bedside manner by front desk lady was rough. My 9 year old son being wheeled out of the back door was rough and clear miscommunication was difficult. Please work on these details. I have years of medical experience, surgical assistant training and even nursing home work. I also run a local business. Work out the kinks. Editing to note that surgical tech was incredibly outstanding. She really saved the day.

Great friendly staff. Great experience with both of my daughters having work done. Melinda was super helpful and personable and helped my daughter with some of her anxiouty about the surgery. Would recommend to anyone!!

What a joy to see my daughter wear her hair up, rather than hide behind it. To see her smile naturally for a picture instead of angling her profile "just so". Dr. Rivera's work took her from tentatively standing on the fringe of highschool social events, to confidently participating in them. The entire office staff was amazing, earning our trust in the first visit and keeping it through the last.

Was told I couldn't be seen Until I paid the remaining debt of $68 from 2006. Which I was OK with. But they would not take my cash/credit card said I had to talk to the collection agency to pay the debt. Never seen a business run like this.

This place is great. I had a little bit of a scare after visiting my dentist with an abnormality on my jaw. They saw me right away and took care of the issue. The staff and doctor were excellent.
