I was referred to this office by my dentist for two dental implants. My consultation included an icat X-ray instead of using the one my dentist did a week earlier. My appointment was set for two months to let the gums heal from a double extraction. A week before my appointment I called the office to reschedule, my daughter's family live in Canada and the border was finally reopening after almost 2 years and they were coming for a visit! I hadn't seen my grandson since he was born. I explained the situation and the receptionist said "no problem, said she totally would do the same thing." I offered to pay half of my $4,000.00, she said that wouldn't be necessary. She scheduled me for an appointment for two months. The day before my appointment I developed a 102 degree fever, horrendous headache and sore throat, I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with strep throat. I immediately called the office and she said "let's reschedule your appointment because we can't see you if you have strep." Fast forward to the day before my rescheduled appointment, I got a voicemail saying that the doctor saw my name on the schedule and said I missed two appointments so they could no longer see me! At no time was this policy mentioned to me before! Very unprofessional and I wouldn't bring my dog to this office for his teeth after this treatment. My husband said it might have been serendipity, if someone cares that little about their patients, you don't want them working on you!

Did great with my full teeth extraction was only there a few hours no pain when waking even hours later they took great care of me

Ashley was my dentist very knowledgeable caring she walk me step by step and her assistant was great also

Outdated office. Dust everywhere. Rude staff. Would not recommend.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I could not be happier with my whole experience here! I was scheduled for a last minute extraction of all four of my wisdom teeth. I was anxious, afraid, and am terrified of needles. From the moment I walked in everyone there was EXTREMELY kind and made me feel and believe like it was all going to be ok, and it was. If I ever need work done again, I know I will be in the best hands. Thank you all so much for being so gentle and patient with me. I truly can't can't say enough great things about you all!

Fantastic experience I went in to have all my wisdom teeth out and they did it better than I ever could've hoped for. From the check in, to the surgery the staff was amazing. I was greeted with a smile and they got me in and out without every having an issue. It was my first every surgery so they made me feel comfortable and just talked to me like in a normal manner and not in business jargon and from the moment I got back there she made me feel calm and let me know everything that she was doing. The main doctor came in and ran the iv for the anesthetic and hit the vein the first time with no issues and I even asked then it's already in and they giggled and said yes. They calmed me down until I eventually the anesthetic did its job. Even after the nurse was very helpful and understanding and guided me to where I was supposed to go. 6/5 stars if I could would happily go back for any dental work I have to do.

Great friendly place, I had all my wisdom teeth removed here I had one tooth on a nerve and the surgeon did an excellent job removing them without causing any form of damage. Highly recommend to anyone in the area that needs oral work done!

Highly, HIGHLY recommend! My son just had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Nalley and WOW what an awesome job he did! His staff is equally as awesome and they are all very kind and professional. My son was super nervous but they made the experience easy and comfortable. Thank you for taking such great care of us! We appreciate it more than you know!

Can't say enough good things about West Michigan Oral. I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Nalley and his wonderful staff knew just how to ease my nerves and calm me down before the procedure. I did not hear or feel a thing during the procedure and felt much better than expected when it was done. The office itself is also clean and inviting.

Dr. Nalley just removed my youngest son's wisdom teeth. What a great doctor. This is my 3rd child that he has done surgery on and I love the way he interacts with me and my children, making them feel a little less apprehensive about the procedure. I refer him to all my friends, he's excellent! Thank you Dr. Nalley

Had all 4 of my wisdoms taken out here a couple of days ago. Doc explained the procedure before they sedated me, told me what to do the following days after the procedure, and let me ask any questions before they put me under. Was worried after reading the reviews but I had a good experience.
