Always on time. Professional, courteous and respectful of my decisions. Always prints estimates before making appointments. I've had a bit of work. They know exactly how much novicane and exactly where to place it in order to be numb without worries. Very patient and answers all of my questions with understanding.

Very friendly and caring , after the experience I had at a dentist when I was a kid I was very afraid to go back to a dentist , but they made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the whole process

I had a cavity filled by Dr. Tanen today. He is very kind and explained everything thoroughly. He took his time to make sure everything felt right after he was finished with my filling. I have always been more than satisfied with all of the hygienists and dental assistants at West Market Dental as well, especially Kelly. The receptionists are helpful and courteous as well. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone.

This place is unique when it comes to quality service and treating people with kindness and respect. There's no other like it. Everyone is treated like family there. It's hard to deal with other dentists after dealing with West Market Dental Care. They are my dentists for life. I send all my friends there for their dental care.

I am so grateful that Cristian answered the phone yesterday. She was the door person that because of her professionalism and compassion got me seen that day. Dr. Tanner and his assistant (I am so sorry that I don't know your name) we're just as professional as Cristian, but I will always be especially thankful to her for opening the door. I left there with such a sense of relief feeling that I am under the care of truly caring professionals. Thank you all at West Market Dental Care because it takes a team of educated, focused people to run the kind of office I saw.

The staff is very nice, and friendly. Quick to have a nice chat with you and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Tanan was fantastic, the dentist makes me nervous since I'm a little girl and he made me feel very at ease, and even stayed to talk with me after he was done my exam. Highly recommend West Market Dental.

This review is being edited. Rating will reflect how they handle my billing issue. A month later and they have not addressed their billing error. There is no customer service here anymore. I filed a complaint today with the PA Attorney Generals office for Elder abuse. Was a much better place before they changed ownership.
