I went there because I broke my tooth hiking I was totally embarrassed, but the staff at West Loop Smile is exceptional. I had to get a Veneer, andI thought it wasn't going to look like my other teeth. No one will know that I have a veneer unless they read this post. Dr. Clark and the staff makes sure you're comfortable through the entire process, they are patient, and I didn't have any concerns when I left; my questions were answered, and my anxiety was squashed. I love the Team Spirit. If you break a tooth, I definitely recommend Dr. Clark at West Loop Smile.

Our whole family has been visiting this location for a few years. They are really good with kids. Our appointments always start on time and they do a really good job letting you know ahead of your visit if they are behind schedule. Highly recommend West Loop Smiles.

Everyone was extremely kind and professional. I was called for my appointment on time and energy was high. No one was rude. The facility was clean and there were complimentary drinks. I actually look forward to my next visit.

My wife and I went their once several years ago. They billed insurance correctly for me, but my wife who went the exact same day/time with the exact same insurance was denied because they mismanaged the billing process. I discussed this with their staff several times in the months that followed (two or 3 different people as the first one I spoke to subsequently quit) and they came up several solutions they said they would implement each time. None of these ever happened. TO THIS DAY they send me bills for that visit, despite having told us they would handle it. The basic cleaning they gave me was adequate, but they refused to do a basic cleaning for my wife unless she paid for a deep cleaning which was incredibly overpriced their (over $1600 a few years ago). We got it done more recently elsewhere for about $200 pre insurance (far less with our insurance). I would never recommend going here, what a nightmare.

Dr Clark and her staff are the best I've experienced. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and ensure you're comfortable. I relocated to Texas a few years ago and have maintained Dr Clark as my regular dentist.

From previously horrible experience I was afraid of the dentist until I found West Loop Smile. The staff is amazing, they explain every set of the process being sure to answer any questions/concerns. I appreciate the fact they are as gentle as possible.

I met with Dr. Clark whose professionalism was par excellence; she was thorough in explaining my options, her pace, tone and temperament were both engaging and comforting. Dr. Clark has great chair side manner, the front staff were welcoming and accommodating. Ms Kenya was patient and diligent when tasked with cleaning my teeth-smile. The integration of technology for patient comfort (music video on flat screen) and for patient education (viewing x-rays and web based material while in the chair) creates a relaxed atmosphere and makes the needed doctor/patient consultation a fluid, cohesive exchange. I left West Loop Smile Studio feeling more enlightened about innovative methods in dentistry and open to considering, what may be more costly (initially), but more cost effective over time. I had a great experience and would highly recommend West Loop Smile Studio. Thank you Dr. Clark and team.

Everyone that works in the West Loop Smile Studio are extremely friendly and it exceeds the standards I've ever had with any other Dentist group. Certainly the Best Dentistry in the West Loop They do terrific work --I highly recommend!!
