Dr. Bastos received her DMD degree in 2006 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In 2011 she graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (Rutgers Dental School). She worked for 8 years at Monmouth Medical Family Health Center and has been teaching the dental residents at the Hospital since 2015. She is passionate about dentistry and loves to improve patients' smiles. She was voted NJ Top Dentist in 2021 and Monmouth County Top Dentist in 2022 by her peers. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her husband and 3 children. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Stephanie has worked greeting patients for many years. She loves to help everyone understand their dental treatment. She is the voice over the phone when you call us. When she is not in the office, Stephanie is baking amazing deserts, running Sweets by Steph and spending time with her two amazing children. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
Nubia is our dental assistant, she is excellent at keeping patients at ease and helping Dr. Isabel Bastos provide the best dental care and smiles to patients. She has been working in the medical field for 8 years and is excited to join our dental team. She is in charge of sterilizing our instruments and keeping our office the cleanest around. She is a wife (happily married for 28 years!) and mother of 2 beautiful children. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Carly is our Registered Dental Hygienist, she is passioned about maintaining patients oral health while being gentle and making sure they are comfortable throughout the visit. She is very health conscious and always ready to give tips and tricks on how to keep your teeth and gums in great shape. She has been working as a Dental hygienist for 5 years and is excited to join our dental team. When not in the office, she enjoys working out and spending time with her adorable son.

I had the best experience at WLB Dental. Everyone was very nice, attentive and the hygienist and doctor took their time explaining everything and answering all my questions. Clean facility great prices and their attention to detail with X-ray and photos they took of my teeth. A+ in my book looking forward to seeing them again in 6 months. Thank you all!
