I have been going to this office for over 14 years. Professional, gental and honest. The hygienists are always very sweet and comforting making you feel very welcome. Dr. Day and Dr. Ben have always been very upfront and informative with all procedures to help me make the easiest decisions for my dental care. I will never go anywhere else. Love this team!

Dr. Jodi is very friendly. While she explains what she sees, she'll use the "doctor terms" then explain it in a way anyone could understand. She doesn't push one option, she'll explain all of them then give you time to choose. I definitely recommend her for anyone who is afraid of the dentist.

I moved here recently from Alaska and was experiencing tooth pain, was not able to get my Alaska insurance to carry over but the very nice desk ladies made sure we figured out my situation and was very transparent. The dentist was amazing and very nice. Everything was able to be done that day. Just a very friendly environment all around. Best dentist experience I have had so far! Will definitely be going through only them with my remaining time here.

I would give the dental staff a 5-star rating. However, the business office is another story. I received a cap in mid-December of 2021. Today (9/1/2022), I received a bill for almost $900 dollars for that service as I was informed that insurance denied the claim 3 times. At no point prior to this, was I informed of a potential issue. While I understand that insurance can take time, no reasonable person should expect to receive a bill of that size over 9 months from the point of service. The delay in informing me meant that I also can no longer claim that out of last year's FSA account and now must pay this fully out of pocket. I will now be which service to another provider which is unfortunate as I do like the dentists. But to receive a bill like this after such a long delay is really not acceptable.

I brought my mom in for two teeth extractions. From the moment we walked in, to the time we left, we were treated with kindness, dignity and professionalism. All the dentists here are SO AMAZING! Very gentle and calming. I love coming here and highly recommend Nebraska Family Dentistry!

This dentist office is second to none from the ones I've tried. I've never waited mote than 5 minutes it seems to get called back. Every dentist I've seen has been amazing, and willing to answer any questions about any concern. The hygienists have all been amazing too. Friendly, courteous, and everyone makes you feel welcome and makes the overall experience something to leave happy with. I would give more stars if I could.

My family have been patients here for over 12 years, and we absolutely love Dr. Day. However, some of their business practices have made it difficult to work with them. One of my daughters recently experienced a last minute summer camp schedule change that caused a conflict with her bi-annual cleaning. I called the office to reschedule 26.5 hours in advance of her scheduled appointment time, and was told I would be charged a $75 late cancellation fee. I assumed they had a 24 hour cancellation policy like many other medical practices, especially for frequent offenders. But, apparently they require reschedules/cancels to be made by 11:00 a.m. the day prior to the appointment, in many cases more than 24 hours in advance. I wasn't pleased, but having no other option I accepted the $75 fee and rescheduled her appointment for 2 weeks later. 2 days prior to the rescheduled appointment, the office started reaching out to confirm the appointment time. My family was out of town and out of cell range at the time, so we didn't receive the message until late afternoon, the day prior to the appointment. I immediately responded as soon as we got the message. When we showed up the next day for my daughter's scheduled appointment time, we were told that it was cancelled because we hadn't confirmed by 11:00 a.m. the day prior. They received my response at 4:30 p.m. instead, which apparently was 4.5 hours too late. In my 12 years as a patient, my children and I have never missed a single appointment. Although I completely understand the need to have policies in place to help minimize lost revenue from late changes/cancels, I find the policies of this office to be extreme. I can't think of any other medical practice who automatically cancels your scheduled appointment just because you weren't available by phone in the 2 days prior to the appointment. Respect is a two-way street. If you want your patients to respect your schedule, you must also be willing to respect ours. You charged me $75 when I was to blame for a last minute change, but I'm quite certain you have no plans to pay me $75 for you canceling our appointment last minute. Relationships between patients and medical providers hinge on trust and mutual respect. Scheduling and office policies need to be balanced in a way that meet the needs of both patient and provider. Unfortunately, after 12 years, my family will be moving to a different dental provider, better able to accommodate the needs of busy families.

Great nice people I have bad anxiety and they make me feel so comfortable and help me find someone to pull my broken tooth definitely worth the 2 hour car ride

I have been going to Coddington dental for about two years now. They have gone above and beyond with making sure that me and my family are comfortable. I was not a fan of the dentist before going to Connington. I constantly am treated with the upmost respect and I feel like the dentist and hygienist really listen to what I have to say. I feel like all the staff at Coddington dental are there because they truly enjoy helping people. I would not go any other place!

Every time I visit Coddington dental it is a pleasant experience. Dr. Day and Dr. Ben are always thorough and easy to talk to about any concerns. Coddington dental receptionists' and hygienists' are exceptional.

Coddington Dental has been a perfect fit for me. They are accommodating about appointment times and always friendly and understanding on the phone. During my appointments I have have experienced a variety of dental work and routine cleanings and X-rays. In each event I was treated with kindness and caring hands. Much attention is given to cleanliness, safety, and patient comfort. Their work meets the highest professional standards. You will love all of the staff. It's a great choice for any dental needs!
