Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

When I say angels work here I mean it from the front desk to the dental assistants everyone did above and beyond to accommodate me. I definitely felt the love. S/O to Janell for working her magic, helping me get the best and most affordable plan to get my work done.

I do not remember the name of your new hygienist and dentist but have never been so thankful to meet them. The hygienist was diligent with my cleaning even going so far to use an air gun so she did not miss anything. She discovered a cavity in an odd place. The dentist came in and agreed to fix it on the spot. Wow. You usually have to schedule an appointment for a different day. The gentle care I was provided made my visit not so stressful. I feel hopeful about getting additional dental care above a cleaning. I felt safe in their hands and cared for. Thank you I really appreciated your attentiveness. Pamela

No question the absolute greatest experience I have ever had at a dentists office. Everyone was kind and helpful, easy to talk to, and the Dr. took the time to adequately explain what was going on with my dental health, as well as how she thought it best to approach my treatment plan moving forward and exactly what each step would entail. The cost of everything was also very well broken down, explained, and transparent - rather than just being booked for an appointment and told it would be an astronomical amount with no understanding. On top of all of that they are not only able but willing and happy to work out a payment plan for your treatment. And just to add one more cherry on top - my birthday is coming up and I have a visible front tooth cavity I really wanted to get taken care of - they went above and beyond to get me in prior to my birthday and make that happen, and even put me on a wait list in case they could get me in sooner. Obviously I have nothing but great things to say about the place and the people who make it run. 11/10 best dentists office around!

Unless you want to chase dental bills as a second career - go elsewhere. Dental care is fine, but office staff is terrible. I have been trying to get billing resolved since January. All they needed to do was send an EOB from primary. I contacted them at least 5 times and they told be it was all taken care of. To add insult to injury - they made me pay what the insurance would pay before they would see me to complete my treatment. Over $1400 on the spot that I didn't even owe! I finally took care of it myself and the claim was paid in one day - almost 6 months later. We'll see how long it takes for them to give me my money back. Also - They tried to perform services that they had just done on a visit 2 weeks before. I have asked them 3 times to update my records so that they are accurate. Still says I haven't had a checkup or cleaning in 2 years, So I imagine they will try to repeat it a 3rd time. Don't bother using the online messaging. It goes into a black hole. No one will ever respond. I will not be returning to this provider.

Bad bedside manner. Made me feel really bad for my dental health.. I cried during my whole cleaning and nobody asked if I was okay, but continued to lecture me. My appointment was at 7 am I sat in a room until 9 am until someone came to do my cleaning. I was also charged for my visit, even though my mom (I'm on her insurance) did not. We went on the same day but different times. Overall, they were rude and made me even more resistant to dentists than I already was.

The first appointment went fairly well expect I had lasting pain in one of the teeth I had filled but didn't think much of it because I was going back in two weeks for the other side. When I went back I was told by the receptionist I actually had two more cavities than I was initially told although they didn't do more X-rays, so I assume they overlooked 2 at my first appointment but they denied that. Then I told the assistant about the amount of pain I was feeling and how it hurt so bad I could barely brush my teeth. She then grabbed the drill and attempted to fix the bite on my tooth without it being addressed by the doctor first. The pain of my tooth being drilled with zero anesthetic was the worst pain I've ever felt in my entire life. I yelled out in pain and immediately started crying. She was very apologetic and kind afterwards but I don't understand how she didn't realize that drilling it would hurt when I can't even brush it. The doctor came in and numbed it and attempted to fix it. When she moved to the cavity at the back of my lower teeth, I asked if she would be able to give me an extra dose of the numbing anesthetic as on the other side it took two extra doses. She said no and that she would if I felt pain, which is understandable, but if I needed three on the other side I believe it would be safe to assume I would need at least two on this side. Needless to say it hurt very badly again and I was already extremely anxious from the drill incident that I started crying again at the pain, and cried for the majority of the appointment. It is now six months later and I still can't eat on that side and still feel pain brushing. I never went back to have it fixed because the doctor told me it would take about 12 weeks before the pain went away and I was so upset about the previous appointment. I have never had dental anxiety before this incident but I almost cry every time I think about getting my tooth fixed. I am definitely going to be driving over an hour to go to my old dentist rather than come here again. I gave it two stars because they do offer fairly good payment plans if you have insurance.

Customer service is very poor. They don't tell you when they cancel your appointments so if you have a long drive make sure you call before leaving your house. Also, they are very disrespect on the phone and hang up on you when you ask if the appointment is still on.

Exceptional service and quality of care. Absolutely the best treatment and professional experience at a dentist that I have ever had, and I'm 60 years old. Strongest recommendation that I could offer. They truly are the best of the best.

I have been trying to contact to reschedule my appointment for several days now. Email option wouldn't work. Texting option that you sent me said error. I've called three times and I got through to one person who put me on hold to change my appointment but then hung up on me and never called me back.
