I am 59 years old and over the years I have been to more than my share of dentists for everything from standard checkups and cleaning to deep scaling and cavity fixes!. This past year I stumbled on West Lakes and I wish it had not taken me so long to find them! After COVID it had been almost 2 years since I had seen a dentist so I needed not only a cleaning but a deep scaling! I have done this before and it's never fun, however I got Tabatha as my hygienist! Smart, efficient, informative, patient and by far the most professional and painless technician ever! And I used no shots!! Since then I have been back to have some major work done with Dr Miner and never have I ever experienced a more thorough excellent dental pro!! I have all new top teeth, they look amazing and her meticulous work makes me look pretty damn good! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Great personalized dentistry. Always courteous and gentle. I love that the Doctor always explains what she's doing before doing it. Quick and painless!

The office staff is wonderful, helpful and kind. They hygienists and Dentists are courteous and have great chair side manner! Our kids loves it here!

My experience has been stellar here! I'm very nervous about going to the dentist and have very sensitive teeth so I am very apprehensive about going. You will not be disappointed at west lakes dentistry! I will add to this post a year later and say again Dr.Miner and Colleen and the entire staff have been amazing. Texting with me to make appts because of my busy schedule (Colleens the best!) they are truly caring people who won't let you down. Cheers

Tabitha is great. She's been my hygienist for a couple years now. She's very good about cleaning my teeth and being mindful of my sensitivities. Very personable and friendly with a great memory of what we discussed 6 months ago!

My teeth have never looked and felt better! It was the first time in five years getting my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist worked two hours cleaning my teeth! I have tried over-the-counter teeth whitening kits and little did I know, what proved most effective was going to the dentist for a teeth cleaning, routine exam. Highly recommend this place Staff are very friendly, professional, and are very passionate about helping you take the best care of your teeth.

I had a great experience at the Chaska office on 1-16-20. I came in to have a crown and build up. I was very impressed by the little things Dr. Lauren and her assistant did for me. Such as putting Vaseline on my lips so they don't dry out and taking the time to show and explain the different pictures of my tooth. I learned so much about the procedure and the options I had . I am also grateful for how on top of her game the administrator lady in charge of the billing. This is my first time EVER getting a crown where I wasn't first way over charged at a dental office initially only to have to arrange to get a refund after the insurance payment and write off. Those refunds would take 2 to 4 weeks. So thank you Chaska office for this overall impressive experience. Well done!

Picked up my lower set today & the re-lining that was done was nothing short of INCREDIBLE! If you've ever had any type of dental issues & you're looking for a TOP NOTCH dentist, Dr. Miner is the one to see! ( the other dentists are AWESOME TOO!) West Lakes Dental has a wonderful, caring staff & a very relaxing atmosphere. (The over the chair TV's don't hurt either). From the first time I went in a little over a year ago, right up to now, never have I had a more wonderful experience! Check them out! You'll be glad you did! Thanks everybody!

My experience was great. I just got crown put in Tuesday and I had to go back in for adjustment on Wednesday. I was taken right way and everything want smoothly.
