Very bad customer service. Receptionist Elena is rude barking orders left and right. The two doctors I had experience with are of a low quality. STAY AWAY. Do yourself a favor and don't settle until you find truly caring staff and quality doctors.

They offered $700 for a crown and a free consultation before my visit. They charged me $120 for an x-ray; I was still thinking back in my head that at least the crown would be very affordable, so I didn't say anything, but their $700 crown offer became $1150. I feel like I have been robbed and scammed.

Dr. Farb and his team have always treated me fabulous over the last 15 years bring a patient! If you are a coward when it comes to the dentist this is the office for you cause they treat you with respect but at the same time get the job done.

My insurance had changed and so I was directed by my provider to use this practice for my dental concerns. After visiting their office I was informed by the doctor that I immediately needed 5 mini crowns, had 11 cavities and my gums were in bad shape. All in all, it would cost me nearly $10,000 (as my insurance wouldn't cover these extensive procedures...?). I intuitively decided to get a second opinion, then a third and today a fourth. Each doctor informed me that I had no cavities, my gums were fine and there was no reason for mini crowns. This doctor is a scam artist. Please do not use this practice.

Dr. Mastour and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful ... warm, reassuring, competent, and extremely diligent. I couldn't have chosen a better dental practice here in LA!

West LA Dental is absolutely amazing. Dr. Mastour is a fantastic dentist. I've had work done from him for over 5 years and he is totally rejuvenating my mouth. I've had dental issues for years mainly because of my fear of going to the dentist. When I came to West LA Dental my whole life changed. Now I'm getting the work I need done. He's very professional and makes the process really comfortable. If you need a great dentist I would definitely recommend West LA Dental.

BEWARE This place is a fraud! Every step in this process has been a nightmare. The admin staff are horrible, they do not return calls and they blame each other instead of helping to find a resolution to the problem. This should have been my first red flag. THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE DENTIST THEY PAIRED ME WITH BEING IN MY NETWORK. After my first service they provided me with a very expensive dental plan several thousand dollars. I asked for the fifth time that they confirm the dentist was in my network and for they fifth time they lied. I called them this morning with my dental provider on the line and they stated that the dentist they assigned me to was not in my network and that it was my fault I went to the wrong dentist. When I initially called I asked to be put with the provider in my network. They knew the provider was not in my network and they placed me with him anyway trying to receive more money from services that would have otherwise been covered more under my policy had I been with the right dentist. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE they are liars trying to steal your money, check with your dental provider to confirm you haven't scammed like me.

Over the past few years I have had negative experience with two dentist personnel. I paid 3 times to replace the same crown. The problem was not soled until I went to west L A Dental office. If you think reporting impropriety's you the Dental Board, think again.This is a waste of time.

I am grateful to Dr. Pedram Mastour and his staff for most professional, sincere, trustworthy, honest, excellent job done. Dr. Mastour is mine as well as my family's to go dentist. My daughter had a tooth injury and we went all the way to the head of the department at USC, and we were told that she probably will need a root canal. I consulted with Dr. Mastour who not only I trust the most, but also he knew to refer us to endodontist to verify the need of as such. Highly recommended Thank you Dr.!

This is by far the most professional dentist you could use. Kind staff and excellent dental work Dr. MASTOUR is by far the most gental dentist you could find. Recommended for anyone looking for excellent service.
