Dr Hemphill, and the entire staff, were very patient with my 98 yr old dad; explaining everything to him multiple times so he had time to assimilate their descriptions of all procedures and options. Thank you!

I went to this office as a second opinion. Dr. Hemphill saved my 5 year old from having to have 4 unnecessary, costly, and probably painful extractions. He was down to earth and related it to if he was treating his own son, this how he would handle it. The front office staff was SUPERB! Friendly, professional, very kind!! They got us right in as new patients. Needless to say we will all be going to West Hill Family Dental in the future. Thank you!!

My dental hygienist Melissa is fantastic. She goes way above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while getting the job done. For example, I have trouble with taking XRays and she is so creative and kind with getting me through it. Her patience is incredible.

My daughter is on the ASD spectrum and had an orthodontist appointment this morning at a different (referred) location and had a little bit of a hard time understanding that the hygienist here, Melissa, will not be the same one at the orthodontist. Overall the appointment ended up going really well, but it just reminded me how attached my daughter is to Melissa, and I can tell why. I always leave in happy tears with a full heart from West Hill Family Dental because I have NEVER met another dental assistant (believe me, we've been to quite a few) that goes so far above and beyond for a child before. Melissa is one of the most gentle souls we have met, and because of her, Priscilla LOVES the dentist and only seeks out the best in everyone new that she meets.

Frankly the best dentist I have ever been to! Absolutely credit them with saving a few of my teeth during the start of COVID. Everyone there is super friendly and professional. Just switched my kids to them and they wonderful!! GREAT staff, from front desk to the hygienist to the dentist himself! I am very picky when it comes to this stuff but You know you have the right one when you're kids ASK when they can go back to the dentist! I'd recommend them to anyone!! Edit: Still bringing my kids years later and the staff is JUST as wonderful!

After not having been to the Dentist is almost 2 years due to Covid, I was welcomed like I was there yesterday. Rena was my Hygienist and she took time to see how I was doing and got to "know me again" and made my visit comfortable. She took her time and explained somethings she wanted me to do to support my "oral hygiene". Dr Hemphill so very professional and most of all very friendly. Can't wait for my next cleaning in April....

The entire team is very professional and caring. I never have to wait and am always taken on time for my appointments. Dr Hemphill is so thorough and sensitive to my needs while providing top quality dental care. Melissa is a pleasure, I love getting my teeth cleaned by her, she does an excellent job. Kim at the front desk is awesome,so welcoming and friendly. She is very responsive and helpful. I can't say enough about this group. Love this dental practice!
