Dr. Green is just phenomenally gifted at what he does! He was professionally proficient and polite too! His staff was awesomely helpful and professional as well! I had virtually no pain after my root canal was completed! I was in the comfy dentist chair and out before I knew it! Thank you Dr Green and staff!!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Green and his whole staff. I've got to be every dentist's worst nightmare, as I have a really bad problem with gagging. Dr. Green and all his staff bent over backwards to make sure I got my root canal procedure done as comfortably as possible. From the X-rays at the first visit to the root canal itself, they all went waaaaay out of their way to make it happen successfully. I mean Dr Green called me personally to go over medication regimen prior to my visit!! What Doctor does that anymore? I'm going to have to leave two reviews just so I can make it ten stars!!

If you're having root canal problems see Dr. Green. He has what it takes to make it all better. I really appreciate him taking time out his day to call me, an see if everything was OK. Thank you for everything.

I had a root canal done today and it was the absolute best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Green and his staff are professional, kind and patient. I felt at ease and experienced no pain at all. Patrice, his nurse, was very informative and Mannie in the front office was so kind. Such a good experience! If you need dental work....this the best!

I was somewhat anxious about getting a root canal. However, Dr. Green and his assistant were awesome. I did not experience any pain during the procedure or the next day. The office even followed up to make sure I had no issues. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Thank you Dr Green, and staff so much for your help. I recommend you and your staff to any one who is in pain and, or need a Dentist. U had a root canal, and I wasn't sore the next day at all. I had been having pain for a whole year. The Doctor Green, even called to check on me, I never had a doctor to call and check on me ever. What a Surprise , I love it.

Decent endodontist, awful billing experience. Don't go here if you want to use your insurance! They will not honor contract allowed amounts or do contractual adjustments. When I spoke with Dr. Green he said, "that's not how I do business". Here are the facts: 1. The office staff lied to me about my insurance being in-network. a. While not in-network at the time of service, they were in-network when I received the bill. b. The office staff later alluded to an "ongoing issue" with my insurance, which gives reason to perhaps respond "yes" when asked if the insurance was in-network. 2. When I called to speak with Dr. Green he told me he wouldn't honor contractual allowed amounts even if my insurance was in network because it was too steep of a discount. 3. When I mentioned that it's normal billing practice to apply contractual adjustments he insulted me by saying, "you don't know what you're talking about". 4. Dr. Green was unreasonable and continued to be insulting when I attempted to reach a compromise. Bottom line, this is horrendous customer service, especially considering the fact that the office is in-network with my insurance now. I paid the bill in full and that's fine. He apparently needs the money more than I do.

I was a little nervous at first because of past experience at other places. I can actually say Dr.Green made my re-treatment as painless as possible. My only regret Is not going to him in the first place, maybe I wouldn't have been in this predicament I was in. Great doctor, clean office, and wonderful stuff.

Dr Green and his assistant were perfectly synchronized and efficient- my much dreaded root canal turned out to be pain free and no next day issues! Kudos!

Dr. Green is not only a good Doctor but a confidence builder. Our nature as human becomes disturbed when you hear the word Doctor and It had been a while since I have had this type of treatment. My root canal (of which I have received two) within the past 30 days was a stress free and pain free experience. Thanks Dr. Green

I can't tell yet if the actual dental procedure was satisfactory as I'm still waiting to see how it goes with a follow up appointment, however, the young lady at the front desk who accepts payment is quite rude. She wasn't very friendly at all. I believe your front office staff should be as warm and as caring as your back end dental staff. She was very condescending and it didn't sit well with me. She moved like a snail and couldn't multitask if her life depended upon it. I watched her check another customer out as well, and she was the same way with that man too. It's a personal preference of mine to be greeted with and end with warmth and caring customer service. This area NEEDS attention. I can say that the young lady who did my scan and helped-assisted Dr. Green with the procedure was very warm and kind. Dr. Green has a different dental chair-side manner. He was quite knowledgeable and I'd consider going back just for those reasons.
