Dr. Natalia Ovcharenko is a native of Ukraine where she grew up in a family of medical doctors. After graduating from high school with honors and obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2008 in the top ten of her class, she moved to the United States. Once here, Dr. Ovcharenko continued her education at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry specializing in Periodontics and earned a Masters in Dentistry degree.
Dr. Ovcharenkos passion is to help patients to keep healthy smiles for a lifetime. To achieve this goal, she employs cutting-edge technology such asLANAP Laser Treatment for gum disease,dental implants, and the latest techniques in extraction and bone grafting. She also specializes in site development and numerous types ofgum graftingas well as more traditional types of treatment such as crown lengthening, periodontal surgery, and others.
Dr. Ovcharenko has achieved Diplomate Status with the American Board of Periodontology. A Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology (ABP) is a periodontist who has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of the specialty.
Dr. Ovcharenko stays abreast of the latest advances in Periodontics with memberships in many professional organizations including the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, International Team for Implantology, and Southwest Society of Periodontists.
In her free time, Dr. Ovcharenko enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, playing racquetball, practicing yoga, hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing with her husband. She is also a happy owner of Sunny, a wonderful orange tabby rescue cat.
Gladys is passionate about helping everyone understand their insurance benefits and create a less stressful/confusing experience. She also loves the bond that she is able to create with each patient. Let me start by saying this is the worst dental clinic I've been to. I went to a routine dental cleaning clinic I didn't even get it. I ended up paying for a CT scan, and they gave me a list of things that needed to be addressed (to fill their pocket), considering I go to the dentist every six months. Looking at their replies to previous bad reviews, they explained they do quality work, which is BS. This has nothing to do with quality work; they are taking advantage of people. I will never return to this location, and I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. The move they did for the CT scan is an unethical practice.

I've thoroughly enjoyed every visit at this office. The office is conveniently located and was clean every time. The staff offered warm blankets and water each visit making the experience feel luxury. I had to go on three separate occasions for different procedures and was able to see the same doctor and assistant each time which was also comforting.

I never really had the best experiences with dentists growing up so I was a little hesitant, but the team at West Frisco Dental is super comforting, patient, and and encouraging.They recommend and explain treatments and the process is smooth and they're very considerate towards patients. I'd recommend them to anyone! Thank you, this is by far the best dental office I've been to!

I had an appointment today, and I was really nervous because I'm very skeptical about going to the dentist. But might I say this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I had Alison do my x-rays/photos and Dr. Zeng consult with me and we came up with the best treatment plan. It was really easy, and everyone was so respectful and nice. I had my toddler with me and they were so supportive & helpful. I've gained a bunch of information and the most comforting part of all was how sweet and amazing this staff was. Highly recommend!!!!

This is by far the best dental provider I have been to in a long time. The office is aesthetically pleasing, the equipment is cutting edge and all doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable. I just had a lingering tooth pain properly diagnosed and taken care of in under an hour on a short notice. Could not have been happier!

After 2 sugar-intensive COVID years, I discovered that I had tooth pain. I wanted convenience, so found West Frisco Dental nearby. One appointment with Dr. Zeng revealed the problem(s) and the next thing I know, I am scheduled for a blockbuster 5 cavity session. I can recommend Dr. Tina Zheng wholeheartedly. She is smart, efficient and dexterous. As a bonus, she and her staff are very friendly and concerned about your well-being. 2 weeks post-appointment and everything is perfect!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ortiz and the dental assistant, Allison. I haven't been to the dentist in a few years because of a previous traumatic experience. I was extremely apprehensive before my appointment today but they both walked me through every step and helped me work through my anxiety. I'm so grateful to have found a dental practice that can calm my nerves and takes my concerns seriously.

I hate to give bad reviews but this clinic just want your money first before truly caring for their patient.Went it for 3 consultations and not even doing anything on my case already paid too much. Find somewhere and don't waste your time here

West Frisco dental is by far the best dentist team I've ever had. The team truly cares about their patients, so much so you feel like family. The patient care they give, is second to none. Great for adults and children. The follow up is amazing, especially after our son had two teeth removed. The team has general dentistry and periodontist on-site. We highly recommend them.

Would recommend to anyone. Very knowledgeable. They did an amazing job on my implants. The entire staff from the front desk Gladys whose great, to the nurses who are so sweet. Dr.O and Dr.Ortiz they know their stuff. Need anything done come see them.
