Dr. Stark and his team provide excellent customer service. Having visited many dental practices in my 35 years in northen Arizona for 35 I recommend this practice for general denistry needs with no reservation.

UPDATE: Dr. Stark, after learning of the events that took place below, personally called my daughter to express his sincere concern. He gathered more information about the visit and was apologetic on behalf of his office. I have increased their star rating for the above and beyond attempts to reconcile the matter. Thank you, Dr. Stark. Event: In April of 2022, my college aged daughter visited this office for the first time for a bi-annual cleaning. She asked only for services fully covered in her plan. Several cleaning, extensive examinations, and x-ray services were perform with out checking with insurance first for coverage benefits. We were surprised with a large bill not covered by insurance. When I called the office, the attendant stated they should have checked for covered services prior to performing them. We still have to pay for the services even though they were not due according to the insurance. To make matters worse, this was the most painful cleaning of my daughters dental history. The dental attendant that performed the cleaning ignored my daughters tears and wincing face. My daughter literally held the attendants arm to stop her at several points. The attendant showed no bedside manner, no sympathy, no care, no apology and she drew blood.

Even one star is too much to give. The dentist damaged my teeth and then refused to work on me after, to fix it. I have never recieved such terrible treatment. DO NOT come here. You'll literally be saving your teeth.

I've called this place twice and I have never received a call back. If they are not services clients then maybe they can call and say so. Poor professionalism.

I am an out of state student and I had a filling done back home that ended up cracking while here in Flag. He was able to fix it within minutes and charged me only 1/3 of what I thought it would be originally. Everyone was extremely nice and took some of the stress away from the challenges of being away from home with a dental issue on a tight budget. It was a huge relief to be greeted with such genuine kindness.

I was visiting from out of town for thanksgiving and had a really bad tooth pain from my recent filling. West flag dental gave me an appointment the same day and were super helpful! I was in a lot of pain and Dr.Benjamin was able to fix the issue and I was pain free in an hour. The whole staff were really nice and warm. Thank you SO much West flag dental for your services!
