Dr. Tsai is in the process of completing The Dawson Academys Core Curriculum in functional aesthetic occlusion. He successfully completed a general practice residency at the Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT. He is also an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, and Washington, D.C. Dawson Academy Study Club. Dr. Tsai is Invisalign Certified, and he is an active participant of Heartland Dentals Doctor Mastery Program. Dr. Tsai has also completed Bell Leadership Institutes Leadership Courses 1 and 2. Dr. Tsai was recently awarded the Americas Top Dentists of 2017 Award by the Consumers Research Council of America.
Dr. Tsai enjoys spending quality time with his son and family. He is also an Alumnus of Teach for America in Philadelphia. In his free time, Dr. Tsai enjoys martial arts, hiking, jogging, cooking, whitewater rafting, billiards and camping.

Courteous and efficient staff who do their best to put clients at their ease. I'm rating a preliminary visit. Will edit this after I complete the first phase of my actual treatment. I am now pleased to share that the deep cleaning was done in two sessions with minimal discomfort and effective results. The advice and booklets I received encourage me to take better and more consistent care of my dental health; including showing up for scheduled follow up visits. Going to the dentist has never been a great experience for me, but the minute I walked into West Falls Church Dental my perception changed. The people here actually care about your comfort and late thorough in explaining exactly what they are doing. I have never felt more comfortable than here!

I have been coming to this office for 3-4 years now. Every time I visit it is always a great experience ! The staff is so sweet, full of energy and they always make sure your comfortable. All my questions are always answered, just good vibes all around. I recently switched my children to this office. I feel comfortable them going to place I trust and know they will be well taken care of.

I had a routine cleaning by Megan on July 13th. She always does an excellent job, as did the Dental Technician, Corinne, who prepared me for the cleaning and who polished my teeth. Everyone was professional, and ensured my comfort. Dr. Raji is always very helpful with assessing problems, making recommendations, and completing dental repairs. I am completely satisfied with my dental health experience.

I had previous dental work that failed because my last dentist cared more about money than fixing the root issue to ensure the work lasted over time. I understandably had a ton of anxiety to go to another dentist to get it fixed, but Dr.Raji has been the most caring, understanding and helpful dentist I have ever worked with. She took the time to understand my situation and worked with me to create an attainable action plan to get my perfect smile. The entire staff is extraordinarily compassionate and professional and took great care to make me feel at ease. I am so thankful I found this place and that they are facilitating my journey to a great smile and better self esteem!

They did a fantastic job, I didn't feel a thing when I was getting my teeth clean and they used advanced technology to make a 3D model of my teeth using a camera they put in my mouth, they found out that my teeth where under large amounts of pressure and stress that was causing my teeth to wear down, thin out and crack, previous dentist told me I wasn't taking care of my teeth but it was really due to pressure and stress, they helped me get a night guard to help deal with the problem, I would have never known this if I didn't go

Everyone is always kind and cheerful. They also treat you like an old friend or family. It's very heartwarming. The equipment is always latest technology and the hygienists, assistants, and doctors are all highly skilled. They are always staying on top of your comfort level and making sure whatever they do causes minimal discomfort. I have been going here for approximately 8 years and love Dr. Raji.

Recently, I've been experiencing terrible service with the receptionists. The staff lacked a healthy environment and not sure if change has affected them. Receptionists are the first interaction and as a owner I would focus on that area. I've decided to move forward with another company. The receptionists find it very difficult to find a suitable time that works. Felt some disconnect with the doctor as well and I'm hoping to feel comfortable where ever I go next.

This is the worst place you could ever come to and work on your teeth. I had a horrible experience with Dr. Raji, she is not a professional and doesn't really know much how to work on your teeth, she did a crown on my front tooth and it broke less than a month then she offered to do dentures for me for free bcz of her mistake and she didn't do it right and it was uncomfortable the whole time I went there more than once after to try to get it right and she failed and then she had the nerve to write me a letter saying she won't be my dentist anymore and she wants me to go somewhere else. I got a 2nd opinion on my tooth after she ruined it and the other dentist said she could have saved it. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they're all about money and no experience. If I could sue I would. Biggest mistake that I have ever made going there!
