I'm lucky to say I've been a patient of Dr. Hrstic's now for several years. When my fiancee kept having bad experiences with a handful of dentists, I recommended she see Dr. Hrstic & has been a loyal patient for a few years now. Today, I brought my 87-yr-old mom - for whom I recently became sole caregiver - to see if Dr. Hrstic could help with some pain she'd been experiencing. My mom is extremely pain averse and I was nervous for her, but Dr. Hrstic and her team did more than I could hope for to make my mom feel comfortable, and most importantly, confident she would be well again. I entrust the two most important women in my life to Dr. Hrstic for good reason - she's simply the best. Full stop.

Genuinely the best dentist's office I've ever visited. Everyone there was kind and thoughtful and highly competent. The front lobby was more like the lobby of a super chill spa than a dentist's office! The whole place is spacious and relaxing.

I highly recommend West End Smiles if you're searching for a local Nashville dentist. Dr. Hrstic was my dentist for years when I lived in Nashville, and I truly miss her level of care and expertise. Thank you Dr. Hrstic and the West End Smiles staff for the many years of excellent dental care!

Great staff!! Great dentists!!! I WILL NOT go anywhere else even though I have 10 visits in the next 10 months but thats MY FAULT!!!.......

Wonderful staff, wonderful dentist! High tech suite. Dr helped me plan out replacing fillings to work best with my insurance benefits. Admin got procedure pre-approved through insurance so I knew exactly what I would be paying- really appreciated! Highest quality everything, so glad I found them.

As someone with really awful anxiety about the dentist, I was very nervous about going in. I had already made one appointment and cancelled it but when I did finally make it in the experience was easily the best I've ever had. The assistants were very polite and tried to make me as comfortable as possible and Dr. Hrstic was very understanding and attentive, noticing when I wanted to ask a question but wasn't really speaking up. I know I have a lot of dental work ahead of me to get the smile I've always wanted and I think I found the perfect place to start that journey.

I was in Nashville for a bachelorette party when I fell and broke my front two teeth because of slippery floors in a bar. I am from north of Pittsburgh so I am not from this area. The next day I was calling around looking for dentists that could help, I was in a lot of pain. I called and left a message at West End Smiles and Dr. Hrstic called me back about 20 minutes later. She did a fantastic job, I actually work at a dental office where I live and would recommend this office 100%. She was so kind and even gave me and the girls I came with recommendations on what to see in Nashville. She is so sweet and I will forever be grateful!! Thank you!!!

Been going here since I was a child. Great atmosphere. Had a few problems with some dental work not being done right but they fixed the mistake.

I've had my share of dentists over the years. I honestly can't remember having a bad one, even as a child. So when I say that these guy are amazing, that's really saying something! I hadn't been to a dentist in about 5-6 years, so I knew my teeth were in bad condition. I was afraid I would need surgery of some sort. They were in my PPO, so I decided to give them a shot (with all the good reviews and a solid rating). I was not disappointed: they were a very kind, professional, caring staff. They were honest and straight-forward yet had a genuinely friendly feel about them. Their prices are reasonable, and they worked with me and my schedule with the utmost flexibility. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone new in the area or simply looking for a new dentistry.

I use to like going there until I had a tooth pain and it was removed but I wasn't informed that my insurance didn't cover it so I ask why wasn't I informed before they allowed me the service and because I ask them that the secretary said they would get back to me so they told me not to come back to them no more just because I'm on a fixed income and need to know if there is a charge or not and I promise you I was never rude or disrespectful to no one everyone don't have money like a lot of people but I deserve to be respected and when I was like I just need to know before I select to get work done she was like I don't know your insurance but my thing is she been doing this for years so she knew so if you are low income I don't suggest you go there
