When Dr. Parker was a child, she had extremely crooked teeth, which made her extremely self-conscious during such formative years of her life. After receiving orthodontic treatment, she felt like a completely different person! It was right then and there that she realized how important your teeth are and the impact they can have on each individual person. She decided that she would love to change lives through dentistry and after almost 25 years of practice, shes still never regretted that choice!

After completing her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M, Dr. Parker pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio. Today, she keeps current on advancements in general dentistry by attending up to 18 hours of continuing education each year on various topics, including prosthodontics, pedodontics, restorative care, and cosmetic dentistry. She is currently a member of the American dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.

Dr. Parker is happily married and has three grown children shes also expecting her very first grandchild in June of 2020! When she isnt busy caring for patients at West End Dental Group, you can often find her traveling or spending quality time with her family and friends at the lake.

Danna has nearly four decades of dentistry experience, and she joined our team in 2016. She attended Lamar Institute of Technology, and she holds an associate of applied science degree in dental hygiene. Danna is certified in nitrous oxide administration and diode laser dentistry. Dedicated to lifelong learning herself, Danna loves taking the time to educate our patients on how best to care for their smiles. Originally from Mauriceville, Danna and her husband Greg have been married for thirty years, and they have a son and daughter. In her free time, Danna stays active in rodeo barrel racing and team roping. She also enjoys building furniture. Danna is an active member of Little Cypress Baptist Church.

Elizabeth has worked in the dental field since 2012, and she joined our team in 2017. She is passionate about oral health and hygiene education, and she works hard to build relationships with our patients and offer them great dental office experiences. Elizabeth attended Lamar State College of Port Arthur and Lamar Institute of Technology, and she holds an associate of applied science degree in dental hygiene. Originally from Port Arthur, Elizabeth is married, and she enjoys spending time with her husband Rich, parents, sister, and her twin brother. When shes not busy helping patients achieve their healthiest smiles, Elizabeth enjoys working out at the gym in the early morning and cooking meals she earns with all those calories she burns in the morning.

Dianne has worked in the dental field for more than two decades, and most of her career has been spent helping our patients get the dental care they need in complete comfort. She loves working with the patients shes known for years as well as getting to know new patients every day. In addition to her years of training and experience as a dental assistant, Dianne completes continuing education courses regularly, and she maintains her CPR and nitrous oxide monitoring certifications. Originally from Lumberton, Dianne has been happily married for more than 40 years. She and her husband Keith are the proud parents to twin sons and proud grandparents of three grandchildren. She enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, drawing, and painting in her free time.

Marilyn has more than two decades of dentistry experience, and she joined our team in 2014. She loves helping our patients look and feel their best and being part of a team of professionals who truly care about their patients. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Marilyn and her husband Vincent are the proud parents of five daughters and four fur babies. She loves spending spare time outdoors hiking with her daughters in Colorado, kayaking, fishing, and hunting. Shes young at heart and still loves to have fun with family and friends and cook delicious meals for everyone to share.

Katie has been a part of our team since 2016, helping our patients coordinate their treatment plans. She loves working with patients to achieve their oral health care goals. She studied at Lamar State College of Port Arthur, and she maintains her CPR certificate. Originally from Bridge City, Katie and her husband Jake are the proud parents of a teenage son and daughter. She enjoys spending free time with her family and friends, attending sporting events, fishing, reading, and shes a self-proclaimed Disney fanatic.

Ginny joined our office in 2016, and she loves working with our team to create a great dental office experience for every patient. She loves interacting with patients and helping them learn to love their smiles. She studied at Lamar Institute of Technology where she earned an associate degree in management development. She also maintains her CPR certification. A native of Evadale, Ginny has two dachshunds, Phoebe and Penny. She enjoys cooking, baking, crafting, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Originally born in Bridge City, TX, Dr. Michael Olson excelled during his time at the University of Texas dental school. After graduating in 2003, he began practicing dentistry in Bastrop, TX before returning to the Beaumont area to practice with his father, Dr. David Olson. Seven years later, they would open West End Dental Group with Dr. Robert Matherne. Since then, he was a member of many influential dental institutions, provided his expertise for the Texas Mission of Mercy, and loved serving his patients dentistry that was always backed up by a passion of continuing education.

Today, we honor the legacy Dr. Olson left behind and continue caring deeply about serving our patients while providing the best dental care possible. When asked why he loved dentistry, he noted how there was always something new to learn, and that philosophy of care continues throughout our practice today.
