I highly recommend West End Dental! The receptionist Tara is super nice and accommodating. She took time out of her day to contact my insurance and make sure I wasnt being charged too much. The assistant who took my xrays was quick and efficient while still being kind and making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Cahn was fantastic and made sure to try the most conservative and cost effective method first before rushing into expensive procedures. I have been having dental pain for months and in 10 minutes he figured out my problem and fixed it without causing me any pain. Looking forward to my next appointment with them and will be telling my spouse to come here as well!

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff at West End Dental. Going to the dentist is rarely considered an experience to look forward to, but West End Dental makes the entire visit enjoyable and pleasant. I'm very happy I chose them and they will have me as a patient for many years to come. Highly recommend.

Absolutely recommend West End Dental! Everyone is friendly and professional. The option to communicate with them via text is so convenient. The doctors take time to explain everything and are focused on making patients feel comfortable and at ease. They have the newest technology and that makes a big difference during treatments and cleanings. If you can, make them your family's dentists.

I was a first time patient here, and will now be a permanent patient! I have struggled with Dental issues for years, and have been to numerous Dentist's around the Richmond area. Some seem to care more about making money than helping me find the best possible treatment for my situation, and listen to my desires. This Practice was nothing short of amazing from their incredible customer service that started from the first call with Tara at their front desk. My dental Hygienist was wonderful, and friendly as well. Dr. Cahn was professional, and actually wanted to hear how I feel about my smile, and what I was trying to accomplish both now, and in the long term. They were even able to get a repair done for me that day! I am working on a long term treatment plan with them now, and will be with them for the long term to see it through. If you are looking for a new Dentist or a second opinion much like I was, give these folks a call. You will not regret it! Great Job West End Dental Team! Thank you for all you did to get me smiling the same day as my consult!

I have been trying to get back to see a dentist after a few years of being distracted by other health issues. I would contact a dentist office to request an appointment and never hear back. But West End Dental was a completely different experience. I had an immediate response to my request for an appointment. Tara was so helpful in getting me new patient paperwork. When I walked into the office today I was greeted. My initial appointment went well and I was in and out of my appointment efficiently. It was just a great experience. These guys are top notch and I think it all starts with a well run office. So glad I found this dentist practice through the Cigna website. And Tara - you ROCK!

Best dental office I been doc knows his stuff and so does his assistant I think her name is Katie...she was real professional and had me in and out in no time for a crown..they also took their time to numb me up...no longer have to dread going to the dentist cause of this dream team

This practice offers exceptional value and transparency for patients without dental insurance, including preparing quotes for uninsured work. I have had great experiences with each of the staff I've interacted with, and have been very happy with the quality of service at several cleanings and an inexpensive filling repair.

They're incredible here! They took the time to listen to my problems, look at my X-Rays and explain them to me well, and made me feel like an important part of their day. I will be coming back here for all of my dental needs.

Wow, just WOW!!! I'm TERRIFIED of dentists, I mean absolutely TERRIFIED, I'm making them my dentist. Dr. Cahn was AMAZING, as well as his staff! Tabitha and Tara made me feel like I've always been coming here I have an extremely sensitive mouth and the procedure I had done, in the past I encountered a lot of pain and pressure, here however, there was none. If I could give 10000*'S I would!! Thanks @westenddental you've given me hope where I truly believed it was lost!!

This was my first time at West End Dental and my experience was great! Everyone was so kind and inviting. They explained everything clearly before they did anything. All around it was a great experience and the staff is awesome! I would highly recommend West End Dental to everyone!

Dr. Cahn was very caring of how I felt with my newly fixed partial. He made sure it fit to my satisfaction. I went in as a new patient still got my partial back the same day! Plus it looked better than my original. Their fees are reasonably priced for those of us who are self pay. The staff was amazingly sweet! Thanks everyone!!
