Dr Guvva is probably the best dental experience I've had EVER. Best bedside manner I've experienced and his work is amazing!! I had an implant done and it looks absolutely amazing. He took all the care in the world to ensure the outcome was perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My dentist retired and I started care with the new partner, Dr. Guvva. I recently had two crowns placed. He and his staff were punctual, professional, and friendly. He is a perfectionist and the results were very good. I can recommend him and the office without reservation. John L

Absolutely wonderful work. The initial was not that "fun" to have prep work done, but great installing the finished tooth. Feels great, looks good. Extremely friendly and professional staff that takes care of their patients. I would definitely recommend West Edgewood Dental for your dental needs.

The receptionist, hygienist, dental assistant and dentist were very welcoming, warm and friendly. The clinic was clean and pleasant. Everyone behaved professionally. The best part: the dentist was very gentle. I felt NO PAIN and have NO ANXIETY about going back for further work.

I have been a long-time patient of this practice and the staff were always friendly and caring. This year the business was sold and the new staff acted as though they could care less about me as a person or my needs. I do not recommend this office.

When making my husband's appointment, I specified Dr Link but he was seen by Dr Guvva. My husband's hearing is poor and he really struggles with hearing and understanding those with accents. He told the staff he was to see Dr Link but they insisted he see Dr Guvva. He could not understand the doctor so had difficulty communicating with him. He had an exam a little less than a year ago at a different practice and no cavities were found. This dentist said he had five. This seems a lot since to develop in a relatively short time. When filling a cavity in a front tooth, it seems to have been done poorly resulting in the tooth looking like a corner is chipped. All in all, I most definitely would not recommend this practice.

I would not recommend going to this dentist office they will tell you they are in network when you call them, then bill you out of network so they can charge you out of pocket. Their excuse is that their billing is out of network because the dentist owner is out of network, even if they tell you the dentist you are seeing is listed as an in network dentist.

I have been a customer of theirs for less than 2 years and have never been so disappointed in a dentist office. First off, the front staff is unnecessarily rude. No smile, it's obvious that they don't like their jobs, and are unpleasant over the phone. Whether it's checking in, calling in, or paying before you leave, they're all rude. Rarely do you get a "hello" from a front staff member. My last name is commonly misspelled so when asked over the phone what my last name was, I said it then started to spell it but was hastily cut off. She then needed to know how to spell it. My wife had called and was on hold for several minutes, when she mentioned it, they lady chuckled and had nothing else to say. Every time I call up, it takes at least two times before someone will answer. Brian Link is a nice guy but should not be doing dentistry. When checking for plaque, he constantly pokes gums, has poked my wife's lip and acted like it was no big deal, and it's almost like he forgets what he's doing while he's running the tools along the inside of your mouth. He also "fixed" a cavity in one of my back teeth but when grinding off the excess filling, he had ground down another tooth which has caused sensitivity issues since. I went back to get it fixed and his response was, "It's a root issue, I didn't touch that tooth." and maintained his argumentative stance. Keep in mind, that tooth never had an issue before and for almost a year now, I cannot eat anything crunchy on the left side of mouth because of his lack of care and attention that he provided. Overall, the only good experience was the dental assistant that cleaned my teeth. I give her a 5/5 all day long - she's been great. My wife said the dental assistant that had taken care of her was also great. Brian Link, 0/5. Front staff, 0/5. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
