You are never just a number with us. We schedule a full hour and a half with each new patient, evaluating each tooth individually, viewing x-rays and performing oral cancer and periodontal screenings. Then each patient recieves a customized treatment plan as unique as their smile.

I love this office! If you get anxious or scared going to the dentist this office is for you. Everyone is very friendly, understanding, professional and they make you feel very comfortable like you are at home. They take their time to explain everything to you and answer any and all questions you may have. It is like being welcomed by your favorite family member.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this dental office! My previous dentist sold her practice and when I found out I was pregnant, I wanted to make sure my teeth were taken care of to avoid any issues so I was stuck trying to find a new office. I'm SO thankful I came across this office on google because everyone from Rhonda at the front desk, to the dental assistants, the hygienist, and my favorite dentist Dr Chelsea are all incredibly welcoming, keep the environment comforting (a big plus for anyone who has dentist anxiety) and Dr Chelsea explains everything she's doing and checks to make sure you're okay frequently during the dental work. I ended up needing to have more work than I thought in my teeth and I could not imagine going anywhere else!! They always do a wonderful job on my teeth and I've had zero problems since having my dental work completed. I actually look FORWARD to my appointments! HIGHLY recommend!

Had an appointment scheduled, they canceled on me less than a week before my appointment & then couldn't reschedule me till November when they are the ones that cancelled on me. Being a new patient I find it highly unprofessional & I will not be returning.

My family loves Dr Hirsch. He always takes the time to listen to my needs and he takes pride in his work. He has always done a great job and I always put my trust in him (which is very important). Have been seeing him for over a decade and would recommend him to everyone.

A great dental office in the Dundee area. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell how passionate they are about dental health. The team at West Dundee Dental is the best!! They are professional, friendly, helpful and I would not trust my children's teeth, or mine to anyone else. Dr. Hirsch is very nice and I have been happy with the work he has done on my teeth. The house has such a homey feel and along with the kindness of the team there you immediately feel relaxed. I broke a tooth on a Friday night as I was going out of town. I called the emergency number and Dr. Hirsch answered right away alleviating my concerns and finding room to see me on Monday morning when I returned. So the fun surprise when I was seen to fix my tooth was a parrafin dip for my hands while Dr. Hirsch was working on my tooth. Yes, that is right a complimentary parrafin dip! Thank you to Dr. Hirsch and your team! The other thing I like about this group is that appointments keep to the schedule so you are seen at your scheduled time and there are not any delays.
