BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS: This dental office is very strange and not upfront. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning only to go in for the visit to find out they would only be doing X-rays and checking my gums. They wasted two hours of my day for something so simple. They took over 15 X-rays and the person who checked my gums was horrible and kept stabbing me over and over. The technician who took my X-rays also had no idea what she was doing as I kept getting cut during this entire process. After all of this I was told I would have to make another appointment for a cleaning. Who does that!!??? If they would have been honest in the beginning I would have known what to expect. I will not be going back. I found a new dentist as soon as I left. Truly a bad experience and a waste of my time.

All the staff took real good care of me. They go out of there way to make your visit the best. I have real bad anxiety after my car accident and the office manager came back with me to keep my anxiety down and that meant the world to me. Thank you so much Rosetta and Dr. Redden for all you have done for me.If you want the best care this office is the only place to go.

I went to this business as a new patient, the staff was very professional, informative and clean. I also like that the individual that does your cleaning doesn't rotate..so they have a professional relationship with the patient. I would recommend them to friends & family. It's taken me several years to find a good dental practice. Thanks West Dover Dental for your service.

Beware of this place, they sell insurance that is a scam. It is very difficult to cancel. I was charged almost 300 dollars for insurance I did not use and was told I could not get a refund because I called 10 days after my card was charged. The people in the Dover office couldn't help me, so I had to call a office in Newark. The Newark office was very rude and refused to help so I ended up paying for services I'll never receive.
