Best dental office in West Delray. Ask for Kim, she is absolutely the best hygienist, very thorough and experienced, gentle and excellent customer service overall. Love this office. Keep up the great work West Delray Smiles!

I was lied to by West Delray Smiles I only realized it after I went for a second opinion. Additionally during the only one crown I had done by West Delray Smiles the tech broke the temporary 3 times and they bruised my mouth and my lips when they put the permanent.

Kim the hygienist is professional and knows how to take care of her patients, She is super sweet and goes out her way to make you comfortable. The front desk is awesome too. I highly recommend this dental group.

Most horrific office I have ever visited, Patients beware!! They scam you on things you don't need and then say you signed for it so you already agreed to it. And when I tried to call and explain , they refused to work with me. Laurie is nasty and screamed at me and refused to listen to me. They charged me for a bottle of rinse and told me it was FREE. When I got the bill I was in shock, The cost was $37 and I would have never agreed to buy it. This dentist is one that takes the award for charging your for so much you don't need. Lesson to all that read this, read the fine print and ask questions. You don't need everything they say you do, they are scam artists trying to pay their expensive rent!

Very nice office and lovely staff. Once I signed in for my appointment, I was sitting with the hygienist within 3 minutes, very quick service. Hygienist and Doctor were very professional, personable, and thoroughly explained everything we would be doing before doing it. Before going forward with the procedures, they showed me the prices they would be charging me, the different ways we could break up payment and services, and even offered different financing options. I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years and glad I came to West Delray Smiles. They were kind and never made me feel bad for my years of dental neglect. Would highly recommend.

Best dental office that I have ever been to! Kim, the hygienist, does a super gental painless cleaning that is also more thorough than others have done. I am very impressed. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. My husband got a new full set of dentures here and had to go back for fitting adjustments. He said the dentist was great. His new teeth fit so good he does not need to use adhesive. Highly recommend this dental office

I needed a lot of dental work done, Dr. Gavilla listened to my concerns and then gave me a treatment plan that I could live with. His staff are friendly and helpful, they helped me get approved for Care Credit without a fuss. The surgery was painless and went smoothly and I recovered well. Dr. Gavilla is gentle, yet skilled and cares about his patients. He was patient and persistent and adjusted my new teeth until they were perfect. I would definitely recommend West Delray Smiles and Dr. Lazaro Gavilla to anyone looking for a good Dentist.

Wow they did an amazing job here. Went in for a cleaning, left feeling like a millions bucks. Worked with care and explained everything she was doing making sure I was comfortable. I'm making this a regular thing, and scheduling to get my teeth fixed finally.
