I don't recommend this place at all. The fillings done were very painful. I asked the Dr. if he was going to use anesthesia and he said no. After telling him it hurt, he still didn't care. I have never met a dentist who was as harsh as him. I waited over 45 minutes to be seen with an appointment . Then after getting my X-rays, I waited another 40 minutes. I was there over 2 hours. I won't be returning.

This is a fraud company, the old management are changed from west Covina office and new the stuff calling the clients after 6 months and threaten they have balance and have to pay. I believe the old management stole there money now they are taking the clients accountable. Long story short, I had to find another dentist to FIX my bite, fillings, and do additional work that was never brought to my attention by West Covina Dental and Orthodontics. The work done was terrible and I felt it. During my last visit, the female doctor did something malicious to me that I'll never forget and I'll leave it at that. My new dentist said it looks like someone was trying to be "filling heroes" without taking added measures to secure the future of my teeth.

If you're considering getting your braces done here DONT! They keep getting more and more people yo sign up but then they're too busy to actually care for the clients. They will schedule your visit every 2 to 3 months but will charge you monthly and when you complain about not seeing progress they start making up excuses. I HIGHLY suggest you look for an orthodontist who will be able to take care of ALL your needs and not just take your money.

Everything was great from the moment I walked in. The two young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and pleasant. I was in and out quickly and my dentist Dr.Zak treated me very well and calmed my nerves. Perfect visit for anyone who is a little scared of the dentist, they do a great job of putting you at ease!

I was going to switch Dentist to see if this place maybe better, than my previous dentist I've been with for over 5 years, with there rave reviews. Guess that wasn't a great idea. Went in to my first appointment on 1/24/22, they couldn't validate my insurance, you would think this was done before I came in. So the front desk lady wanted to reschedule my appt, I told her let me think about it, but of course I'm not going back as the first impression was already tainted. I have very good insurance through Met Life PDP Plus plan, and they couldn't validate it correctly. Staying with my existing dentist, perhaps the grass isn't greener on the otherside for this instance. Very Disappointing to say the least.

Came today for a check up and had a great experience... everyone in that office was very helpful and welcoming... any questions I had they a took the time to answer.... they weren't pushy abt doing treatments on me... the doctor made some recommendations and throughly explained the benefits of why he recommended and gave me the time to see if I wanted to proceed... really liked it... highly recommend this place... and they also speak Spanish which is a plus for me bc my mom is Spanish speaker only.
