The worst, they were 1 hour and a half behind schedule and instead of telling everyone and us that to give us a choice to reschedule or wait ,they just make u wait .if u have kids don't bring them cuz if u have to tell ur kids to be quiet and they don't someone will have an attitude. Godforbid if u make sure ur kids r trying to sit still for 3 hours , . How r u mad for being behind schedule and not have any respect for patients coming in to at least tell them this important information. Then get mad cuz u over hear me talking to someone and u don't like it it's loud. Then to proceed to tell us to leave and go somewhere else while we r not even in ur office. Mind ur business and do ur job correctly and have some respect for the people that bring u business even with insurance 2, u want respect, give it and u shall receive it . Then I advise not going to this place, very rude , very unprofessional.

Efficiently run, professional advice, willing to double check diagnosis, use electronic forms for questionnaire. After my third visit, no complaints. Accept a wider variety of insurance companies than others.

Just called to find out if they accept the type of insurance I have and they told they didn't when I looked at the list of providers they where on it. Plus they told me that they weren't accepting new patients anyways.

My 10 year old had 2 extractions and a chain added to one side of her mouth last Friday. My daughter and I were both nervous especially after reading these reviews. I think everyone in the office was great. Every staff in the office was comforting, and professional. The surgeons assistant explained everything to us before her procedure, and her procedure went well. We are 4 days from the procedure day and I have no complaints. Anytime I had a concern they politely helped us, and they made my daughter and I comfortable.

Let's start off by saying it was super easy to get a appointment at West County Dental . I call to schedule a appointment for 3 root canal for my daughter, and the first appointment was for Feb 4 2021 @10am , I called last week to confirm my appointment for them to tell me they needed to reschedule FINE ,but was you going to call or was I going to show up and turn me away , but it was scheduled for Feb 1 @ 9am and We get here @8:30am for them to say your appointment is not until 9:45 am . My suggestion is to get a better organized front desk person . No one in this green world wants to sit in your waiting for a hour with unknown ppl an for u not to call me with changes the appointment is Wrong !! Get it together it's 2021 not 1950s !!! I will update y'all this afternoon !!

Great dentist and hygienist staff, but for the love of god, get a new front desk lady. The old lady with the poofy hair is rude every time we go there, but today it was over the top. We were in the waiting room, me and my 4 kids who all had appointments, and she came over and yelled at us in front of everyone that there was too many of us and she just couldn't have that in HER waiting room! We all had masks and no one was on our side of the waiting room. I was so embarrassed that I left as soon as my last kid was done and even forgot to get dr excuses for them. We were there for less than an hour. I'm very sad because I love the dentist and all the people who work there, but that lady makes me hesitant to recommend it to anyone.

The worst Dentist. His staff has been rude to me in the past. He is also rude when he is not in a good mood. I will never go to West County Dental again! He and his staff and should appreciate people who want to take care of their teeth.

I had a broken tooth right before Christmas and during Covid ! I was able to get scheduled the same day. All of the staff were extremely nice and very welcoming. This was my first time going there and I will continue to go and bring my children here! My tooth was fixed quickly, there also was a cancellation and I was able to get my teeth cleaning done as well!! I really appreciate all of their help and everyone being so friendly!! Thank you!!!

By far the fairvies office is the worst, called 3 times to rescheadule a consultation. Then finally get a appointment and turned around and moved up the appointment 3 times . The 3rd time the morning of the appointment . Very unprofessional.

Had dental extractions, I'm afraid to be put asleep, Dr. Dangle did a wonderful job. I didn't feel anything. Only took IB for 4 days and was feeling great. Very minimal bleeding. All around remarkable customer service. Each worker I encountered during my visits were knowledgeable, and considerate of my personal sensitive circumstance. I appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them for anyone seeking future dental services.
