Dr. Chrysostom graduated from MUSC in 1976 and opened his first office in Wagner, SC. In 1983, he moved to his current location in West Columbia. He is grateful to have an office that can offer a safe and sterile environment with quality, top-notch dentistry. Dr. Chrysostom, or as we like to call him, 'Dr. C,' is incredibly talented and up to date on all of the latest technological dental advances from fillings to bone grafts. He takes the time to make certain the patient is informed and comfortable with any decision that is made. He provides the highest quality services to patients and always keeping their treatment plans within the patient 's budget by giving choices and prioritizing treatment. He loves people and the art and science of dentistry. His hobby is keeping tropical fish in an aquarium at his home and also enjoys caring for his outdoor koi pond.
Dr. Fadeley also graduated from MUSC in 2012 and spent one year in private practice in Charleston, SC before joining West Columbia Family Dentistry in 2013. In order for each patient to have a pleasant visit, Dr. Fadeley takes pride in utilizing the most up to date knowledge and dental technology in the treatment of all her patients. She is very thoughtful, kind and talented and has a personable approach to patients while she is delivering very high quality, gentle restorative or cosmetic dentistry. She is also a gourmet cook and enjoys preparing exceptional cuisine when she is not practicing her profession of general dentistry.

THE WORST DENTIST AROUND HERE! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! They over charge for teeth that ARE NOT correct. Then try to RECHARGE YOU for their mess up!! Dr Owens is a whole JOKE! Please do your research before you inquire about this being your dentist. Wouldn't want ANYONE to go through what we have!

They are pleasant in greeting but cunning and terrible in billing and services . They have you sign In about their services before you have your services , so you go on their appearance of greeting at the front desk as their over all service , they damage my teeth from hitting my nerve and even scandal going on in the billing department ..I am gather all my info with a lawyer and will sue them .. they need to pay for the harrasment the lack of patient rights to decline further services , the pain and suffering they caused me have to wait in because of their greed to over handle and neglect patients , their crookedness to sign illegal contracts with no written obligations , the list go on and in what they have and still is doing to me.. just making you aware of my experience and I am sure of others I want them to compensate .

Miranda, one of the RDH is always professional, helpful and really good at her job! Dentist appointments give me anxiety but she's such a friendly people-person and offers excellent conversation... just enough to relax a person. My teeth are always so fresh and clean after a good cleaning by her All of the employees and the Dentists @ West Columbia Family Dental are fantastic!

The staff at West Columbia Family Dentistry were very welcoming and efficient! The office was very clean and professional. Amber did a fantastic job making my 3 year old son feel comfortable while getting his teeth cleaned. A great place for our whole family to go.
