Dr. Thomas grew up in Valdosta, GA where she attended Valdosta State University graduating Magna Cum Laude. Afterwards, she attended the Medical College of Georgia where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2007. Dr. Thomas has proudly served the community of Austell since 2011.
Dr. Thomas is a strong advocate of comprehensive dental care and believes teeth should not only be beautiful but healthy as well. She completes several continuing education courses each year in order to provide her patients the highest standard of care. Her greatest reward comes from bonding with patients while transforming smiles utilizing Six Month Braces, Periodontal Therapy, and Implant Restorations.
Dr. Ross Levine grew up nearby in Alpharetta, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree with highest honors from Georgia Tech, his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Georgia Regents University College of Dental Medicine (formerly MCG), and completed his residency in general dentistry at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with an emphasis on cosmetic, digital, and sports dentistry.
While attending GRU/MCG, Dr. Levine co-founded Dentists for Della, a nationally recognized oral care program for war veterans at the Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home. He also received the Geriatric Dentistry Award for excellence in knowledge and service to the geriatric population. Dr. Levine was inducted into the Alpha Upsilon Phi Honors Society for leadership and philanthropic service to the Medical College of Georgia. During his time in Ann Arbor, Dr. Levine was a team dentist for the University of Michigan Wolverines hockey team. In addition, he has been a dental screener at the Special Olympics and treasurer for the Give-A-Smile Foundation.
Dr. Levine is an active member of several dental organizations including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Outside of dentistry, He serves on the young professional board of ORT, a non-profit that offers skills and training to impoverished communities. Dr. Levine enjoys a wide variety of hobbies including traveling, skiing, tennis, and kickball. He loves live music and is a fan of Georgia Tech football.
Dr. DeQuan F. Bivins is a very humble and respectable dentist, who is very passionate about his profession. Dr. Bivins was raised in a very structured environment by his grandparents in rural South Georgia. Dr. Bivins attended undergrad at Fort Valley State University, receiving a B. S. degree in Animal Science in 2001.
Upon graduating from Fort Valley State, Dr. Bivins was accepted to Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., where he excelled as a dental student; graduating with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 2005.
After graduation Dr. Bivins went directly into private practice, working and serving the public in Washington, D. C. for 2 1/2 years. Dr. Bivins worked in the underserved areas of Washington, D.C., where he observed an abundance of neglected dental health, lack of dental knowledge and the awareness of the importance of good dental health.
Dr. Bivins returned to his home state in 2007 to provide his services to the wonderful citizens of the state of Georgia. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Georgia Dental Association, the International Association for Orthodontics, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (D.O.C.S) Dr Bivins has completed countless Continuing Education courses over his 14 yr. career. The knowledge gain from the courses has increased Dr Bivins capacity to treat complex cases and provide more specialty services to his patients. Dr Bivins has been teaching faculty at C.A.R.D. Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentisty in Dallas, TX since 2015. This organization teaches Dentist all aspects of Dentisty with a focus on treating complex dental cases. Dr. Bivins is very happy to join the West Cobb Smiles and hopes that he can gain the trust of the citizens and communities of Austell, Georgia and provide them with great dental services.

The atmosphere is very nice. I'm not crazy about Dentist due to some bad experiences. Here things were explained before & I need that. They're careful to make sure things are clean & sterile. Found I have some work to do so far so good.

My experience was exceptional I was very tense but the team made very relaxed great job guys. I had 8 extractions from the top however I felt pressure only on two. I was very surprised when the doctor told me that they were all gone. Thanks guys I would recommend you to anyone.

Dr. Levine, Mia (the hygienist) & Ciara (front desk representative) all worked together to create an amazing visit for me. I was welcomed and greeted warmly, all questions and concerns were addressed during my visit and I didn't have any issues. Awesome job West Cobb Smiles!!! Thanks for the wonderful customer service!!!

From start to finish it was a great visit!!! Teresa the receptionist greeted me with a beautiful smile and got me back really quick and Jeff he got me all prepped up and everything with a smile and made me feel really comfortable. Dr Levine he did a outstanding job him and Jeff of making me want to smile even more now!!!!! My mother in law Rachel Parker goes here and is so happy with the whole staff. Dr. Jeffery and Dr Bivins are great. My mom is 70+ yrs old and is deathly afraid of the dentist but she is so happy going here. She told me that she will not go anywhere else. She has been to about 3 or 4 other dentists in this area and hated all of them. They were all out for the money and not taking care of the patient. West Cobb Smiles is the total opposite. Yes, they want to get paid but they also care about the patient. I am so happy she found a place that she is happy with (she is a hard one to make happy lol) Thank you West Cobb Smiles for taking great care of my mom. I recommend this dentist for sure!!!
