Every holiday season West Coast Dental teams up with the Salvation Army of Southern California to provide underprivileged children with unwrapped toys. West Coast Dental has donated thousands of unwrapped toys in the course of 10 years. West Coast Dental also encourages patients to help donate by giving them a 10% discount on any new service. Tis the season for giving!
While COVID-19 has affected our ability to gather, its also deeply impacted schoolchildren and their families who rely on their schools meals, support, and education. To help support our community, Magicland Dental has teamed up with local school lunch programs to hand out meals, and also toothbrushes, to ensure nutritious meals and continuous oral health education despite the very real limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The program is a continuation of Magicland Dentals commitment to providing local children, in partnership with the local school districts, the quality oral healthcare that they, and every child, truly deserves.
The Magicland Dental team dressed up in costumes (like Spiderman, and the tooth fairy!) to make their mission fun for children all while masked and gloved to ensure absolute safety for staff and guests.
GeriSmiles is a hygiene mobile unit that brings dental cleanings to local schools. As a preferred partner and provider of GeriSmiles we team up to educate children on the benefits are oral health care.
West Coast Dental & Orthodontics, the leading provider of adult and childrens dentistry in Southern California, has partnered with First African Methodist Episcopal Church Los Angeles, (FAME Church LA) to offer free orthodontic screenings for local children aged 12-17 years old.

my appointment was at 12:30 and I waited almost 4 hours. It was just an evaluation and a cleaning that only lasted 10 minutes. They should not take so many patients and give a better customer service.

They claim to take Delta Dental. Insurance denied the claim because the dentist wasn't approved. They knew the dentist wasn't credentialed and didn't tell us. Now they are sticking us with a $600 bill and taking no ownership in the resolution. I get a call and voicemail every day telling me I need to pay my bill. Be careful going here.

I'm still here for an appointment that was scheduled for 12pm and it's 2pm I just got into a room and then they just have you wait with no time to be seen. It should be better than this. And they rescheduled my original appointment so I had to wait longer. Service should be better than this

I changed insurances and this group came up on the insurance site. So I am a new patient. I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. The new patient process was quick, and the staff at the office were friendly. It also helps that this office is located 15 minutes from my home and in a place that is easy to get to. The dentist was kind and listened to the issues I was having. He was able to explain what was happening and gave me a care plan. He took great care to be sure I was comfortable after I let him know that I was nervous. The whole appointment was positive and I'm glad that I selected this office.

I had an appointment today at west coast dental and was feeling a bit anxious and scared but the assistant made me feel very comfortable and she explained everything to me and that really helped me to feel calm. Thanks Annette your the best!

I felt very comfortable coming here. They treated me with respect and kindness, which I truly appreciate. Getting dental work can be a bit scary, but I felt at ease after meeting their employee Annette, who was able to recognize that I was nervous and took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. I brought my mother here and she was well taken care of by the staff. After waiting for about a half hour, my mom was seen. She had her xrays done by annette, who was calm, gentle, and patient with her. The dentist was also patient and respectful.

First time patient. Everyone from the front desk, X-Ray technician, Insurance Specialist, Dentist, Dental Assistant and Hygienist are all very welcoming and friendly. Today was my second visit. George the Hygienist is a professional and caring person. He made sure I stayed calm. His Awesome!!! The WCD Team made me feel comfortable and reassure me I'm in good hands. I really like that. There nice.but will not go again the waiting is ridiculous..it seems they book too many people at same time my total wait for just a clean up was 3 hours I was just there waiting for dentist to clean my teeth..and then on my next appointment cause I had a get a grown omg i was there for 4hrs cause it was pack and i was just literally waiting in the chair!!!! Once I finished all that i still got more work to do but will look somewhere else..

First time at this dentist office for my 9 year old daughter. I usually take her to a children's dentistry but with our whole insurance changes I decided to give her a chance to see how she would do. She felt very comfortable and really liked the staff. Dr. explained everything very well and took his time. Will definitely return for her 6 month check up.

Your non provider staff is inconsiderate and demeaning. My mother of 62 years just had back surgery 3 mnths ago. She told the Dental assistant not to lay her all the way down bc she would be in pain and the assistant still laid her down and left her high up on purpose. This is despicable. Also my moms appt was at 4pm and we dint leave the office until 630. She even arrived early at 3pm. We will never go back again!
