Every holiday season West Coast Dental teams up with the Salvation Army of Southern California to provide underprivileged children with unwrapped toys. West Coast Dental has donated thousands of unwrapped toys in the course of 10 years. West Coast Dental also encourages patients to help donate by giving them a 10% discount on any new service. Tis the season for giving!
While COVID-19 has affected our ability to gather, its also deeply impacted schoolchildren and their families who rely on their schools meals, support, and education. To help support our community, Magicland Dental has teamed up with local school lunch programs to hand out meals, and also toothbrushes, to ensure nutritious meals and continuous oral health education despite the very real limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic.

West Coast Dental Norco is my dental care provider as well as where I go for orthodontic care. I've been a patient for several years now and have found the staff to be personable, hard-working and knowledgeable. I am happy with the treatment that I have been getting.

Been a customer since Feb 2022. Each month thereafter (it's Oct 2022 now) we have had nothing but bad experiences! For example: One time they scheduled my son in for a dental appointment when it should've been an orthodontist appointment. Took him out of school early only to send us home. We aren't event Dental Patients here! Another time scheduled a follow-up Ortho appointment only to send us back home because the Ortho person called out sick and no one else was available. Waited 1 other month to finally be seen again Another instance in Aug - my husband and kids showed up to the office, son was supposed to get lower brackets put on. They just looked at him and once again didn't do any work and sent him back home. They always say "I'm sorry" but never make an attempt to address or correct the issues. The Office Manager Jessica tries to assist but her hands are always tied and she seems limited on what she can really do. The Regional Manager, whom everyone seems to bring up as the decision maker, has yet to reach out to me!!! You schedule us in for appointments at odd times during the day (1pm on School days) WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE & CONSENT. Your computer system generates random "reminder" calls on appointments we didn't agree to. On our actual appointment dates your team either doesn't show up OR gets the treatment wrong. You're running a shammy business! You take our money up front but don't follow through on the service we paid for. I've tried to get out of Contract and they won't allow it. Look at all of the negative reviews they've received!!! Wished I'd done my research before going here. Do NOT waste your money or families time at this business.

So update I try to give them another chance went again waited 21/2 hours and still nothing wow stay away from this place I went in with a tooth pain waited an hour and a half and only got x-rays done didn't even notice that I walked out took you guys till 3:30 to notice that I was gone worst service ever

The dentist didn't even look at my teeth he said xrays are fine and just need a deep clean I have a visible hole in my front teeth that he completely missed

Loved everything about this place. After going to other dentist for years, it was nice to know what other dentist have never been able to teach me about my oral hygiene. From the friendly front office, to the the back office, Dr.Lewin and the office manager. Definitely glad I found a trustworthy dental place.

Sharing on here just as I did on Yelp. First off how is it possible that they make their patients wait OVER 40 minutes for every APPOINTMENT? Second, Jessica the manager is very rude, the hygienist and dentist are all horrible. All they want to do is not give you a proper cleaning but yet ask for $900 to do a deep cleaning. My husband spent 2 hours today for a 5 min visit. These people are not worth anyones time, move on and find a different place. Read the reviews on yelp, everyone seems to have at minimum 40 minutes wait and a bill higher than I've ever seen just so they can get money.

These guys are literally life savers. After 30 years of essentially no dental work done and massive phobias I finally feel comfortable getting work done. The doctor is fantastic, the whole team is excellent and very understanding. The front office staff is amazing. This is the first dental office that didn't shame me for having so much work needing to be done or for struggling to set up payments. I've been turned away from other places for extreme anxiety but WCD has been compassionate and accommodating. I'm sure there is someone out there in extreme pain googling dentist offices but being afraid to start work. Trust me this is the place

I am feeling so depressed due to this dentist, every time my tears burst out after getting out of there, Feel this dentist is so cruel in the top level, l had few horrible experiences there. The first time visit, l went there, they did x-ray check up, they told me l need to fill 5 teeth, remove 4 wisdom teeth, get 3 crowns, deep cleaning and another treatment to protect the gum or root canal which l forgot the name, they all cost almost $4k, very costly, expensive, they also tried to sell me braces package together, then l followed up 2 times to get the filling. I was suffering big loss at that moment. Feel it was doomsday. Have no any motivation to move on. The second time filling felt they didn't do their job well, after that l had difficulty in flossing on the filling area, obviously they didn't do a good job on the filling, they told me l need a deep cleaning, cuz there is bacteria but my insurance denies it reason is my insurance doesn't think l need deep cleaning, they wanted me do it on that visit, and urged me to pay out of pocket, which is $399, they said if l didn't get it that day when it was on sale, l would have to pay $899 without promotion. The fourth time visit they called me to rush 4 wisdom teeth removal at once, but when l arrived there on appointment, they tried to sell me $550 per bone put in the hole left by the wisdom teeth, totally would be $1100, and they told me my wisdom teeth is too deep, l can't remove the top left wisdom tooth, so they are gonna do the rest of 3 wisdom teeth, they were numbing my whole mouth, and started to drill my top right wisdom teeth, they cracked it feeling so scary and so stressful, l was going through hell, so bad, l felt devastated, l am so sad sad sad, they gave up, they just extracted 1 wisdom teeth, my whole mouth felt so numb, saliva is drooling, feeling dead, l couldn't talk, they referral me to other hospitals, they didn't nicely tell what's the tip about do's and don'ts after the surgery, they just gave me paperwork without any help. l feel they are so cold, they tried so hard to charge me something every time while l am so broken, l am so sad sad. I visited another dentist, they didn't say l have lots of problems on my teeth, the only treatment they recommended me to do are just regular cleaning and fill 3 teeth only.

The worst dentist I have ever been to. Made an appointment, when we got there they made us wait for 1 hour then told us that they could not verify our insurance , sent us back home . Next week they called and said that they did verify our insurance and we can now see the dentist . Took my 8 yr old to the dentist . They performed all procedures covered under the insurance and charged my insurance (they made their money) My son needed cavity fillings , but they said they can't perform this task on an 8yr old, they will refer me to another dentist to perform the fillings . It was just regular fillings, not anything out of the norm. They never referred me to any dentist. Never called me back. They took money from my insurance but never helped my son . Why do they see children yet they don't have the ability to perform work on children's teeth . They couldn't even call me back and refer me to another dentist like they said
