Every holiday season West Coast Dental teams up with the Salvation Army of Southern California to provide underprivileged children with unwrapped toys. West Coast Dental has donated thousands of unwrapped toys in the course of 10 years. West Coast Dental also encourages patients to help donate by giving them a 10% discount on any new service. While COVID-19 has affected our ability to gather, its also deeply impacted schoolchildren and their families who rely on their schools meals, support, and education. To help support our community, Magicland Dental has teamed up with local school lunch programs to hand out meals, and also toothbrushes, to ensure nutritious meals and continuous oral health education despite the very real limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I was very happy with the service I received. The Oral surgeon was very kind, and did an excellent job. Everyone in that facility was extra kind, the two girls in the front that check you in, were very kind, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend that facility to everyone I know. Their treatment approach is aggressive. My husband was told he needed SEVEN crowns even though the previous year when he did his dental checkup he was fine. I was told I needed three crowns. We went elsewhere for a second opinion because we felt it was extraneous. Suspicions were confirmed when the other dentist said my husband only needed two crowns and I needed one. I also asked for the x-ray images to be emailed to me FOUR different times and they never did to this day...

My experience at west coast was amazing! Dr. M was great, he handled me with care. The receptionist Carolyn and Leslie were amazing they make you feel really welcomed and also are very professional. Overall great office, great staff.

Be more organize they had me waiting for the second time for over 2 hours and when I got seen have of the procedure was the cleaning was never done didn't bother on telling the doctors due to the frustration of waiting anymore ridiculous west coast dental of Moreno valley needs new stafff and management if it wasn't for Tasha I would of walked out

This a great place to get your teeth done. The wait time is quicker than any place I've been to. Carolyn and Leslie greeted me when I walked in and offered great customer service. Overall I would absolutely refer anyone to go here.

If West Coast Dental is your dentist provider through your insurance, I recommend to check your benefits and copayment, prior to agreeing to have any services done with them and paying them. They charge you more than what your copay is supposed to be, then claim they "upgraded" the material or something of that sort, without informing the patient and getting consent. One example, I paid for two night guards and was told I would receive TWO (top and bottom), this was confirmed about 3 times. Yet, day off, they only gave me one night guard and stated that it was a "combo night guard" with "special" material and that is why they had to charge me for two. I was never informed about a "combo night-guard". I spoke to the manager two times and another staff member in person and over the phone that I would receive two night - guards. Reason being I kept checking is that I had already had an issue with them and billing so wanted to be sure I was being charged correctly. They will NOT file a claim with your insurance, so your insurance is unaware of the services being provided or copay you are being charged. They beat around the bush when trying to get an answer, say they need to contact their "biller", or corporate. Then finally, when they do file a claim, it is billed as "out-of-network" so the claim is higher than supposed to be. However, you are never informed that the dentist that will provide services is out-of- network, even thought they are on your insurance as your dedicated dentist office. When calling to see if I could speak to the manager he is always with a patient, out of the office, or on lunch, but yet they are super quick to over charge for services. I used them for a little over a year and it has been nothing but issues with their "billing" department. Some of the staff is very nice, others pretend they care about patients and the concerns that we have but it is all a facade. I am not the one to leave reviews on any platform but I do not think it is professional how this office conducts business.

This dentist office was very unprofessional I waited 2 hours that they made a mistake and made me sign in the wrong paperwork they couldn't pull my teeth 6 months ago. And also came out with a reason that make me have to pay for extra dental work that I didn't need and when I came to visit today they couldn't see me either very inconvenient I will never go there again

This is the most amazing place to get dental work done on your teeth. Not only were they beyond helpful and friendly they were amazing professional with every procedure I had done. I do not recommend this place, I was schedule and told was covered by my PPO insurance, however one month later they send me a bill for almost $1000, because the provided assigned for that visit NPI was NOT in the plan. I NEVER go back, or my family and kids

very curious people, were very nice to my son and I. their office is super clean as soon as the assistant was done taking pictures and x-rays of my teeth, immediately she starting cleaning everything and I'm not just talking about a quick wipe down, she thoroughly cleaned everything around my perimeter, even the stuff we did not use. Great job to everyone in that office.

I wasn't even seen. Had an appointment at 5pm, was their at 4:40pm, called me to the back to get Xrays and then got taken to the back room to wait for a doctor to do a cleaning, that was 5:05pm, waited until 5:55pm and still no doctor had came to my room to start the work. Asked the nurse to see how much longer and said they had fallen behind due to short staff but they can reschedule for Thursday. I walked out and never coming back, the problem is its not the first time, they have done this with my other family members as well.
