I would never go here . & I would never allow any of my friends or family members to go here . The dentist here is mean and rude and so are the dental assistants I remember they were making fun of me in another room talking about me because I was crying because I had an infection on my molar that needed a root canal . The dentist yelled at me and told me I had to learn to deal with the pain and the dental assistant walked in with an attitude yelling at me too , saying I needed to make the decision to remove my infected molar or get the root canal it was sad and it is unfortunate that there's people who get into this field and don't have the patience but yet took all my money ! Don't trust this dentist with your little ones or family. Please don't do it find another dentist . This is not a good place for you to go ! Unless you wanna owe for treatment and loose your teeth .

Angie and finance team are horrible. Trying to scam people, check your benefits to get an estimate because they will try to get all the money they can. I had an estimate for crown and root canal Angie said it wasn't possible. I asked Angie if we can call insurance together she said no it's not her job. she said I can call on my own time. I told her same thing happen to me last time where they tried charging me over 2,000$ and I only ended up paying about 200$! I had insurance on my phone, I asked if we can talk about the codes she said I am not speaking with anyone nor insurances it's not my job. Excuse me? I asked her if I can get the codes she said wait outside I have other patients. How can you jump to one patient without answering my questions first as I was my TURN ! RUDE. I waited. MY Insurance was calling her desk yet she wouldn't answer and she was sitting there && was walking around as if she was doing something . Waited about 40 minutes just to get the codes and she never brought them. I can see why people have debts because they sign off without checking their insurance benefits.

Kind and patient reception at desk. Quick service despite being a walk-in. Absolutely, love, love, love the dentist, kind, knowledgeable, quick but thorough. This is my new dental home. It's the first time in a long time I felt I could trust a dentist.

I am furious about your services and will be reporting you to all agencies possible!!! I made an appointment for a tooth extraction with an ORAL surgeon! I specifically had a referral from my doctor already and explained to Myra from the van nuys office on Thursday this is a super urgent need! Was told since I have the referral I will be seen and have it don't today at my noon appointment! I have had a tooth infection for over a week and must get this done immediately!! I was only taken x rays today and rescheduled to have it done in another week!! I could be dead in a week from the infection I have spreading to my blood!! This is totally unacceptable and has I been told the truth I would have seeked treatment elsewhere to have it done as needed!!

Only 1 receptionist actually got up to check what was happening she was great. She had red hair and was really nice. I waited 3 hours for them to tell me that I do need a root canal, which I already knew, and I have to wait for my insurance to approve it and I would have to come back. The other receptionists there did not help at all. I kept being told that I would be called "very soon" my appointment was at 11am I arrived at 10:45am and waited until 1:45 for an answer as to why it was taking so long. Terrible experience with the exception of this red headed receptionist who was kind enough to check what was happening. But undoubtedly the WORST experience in a dental office I have EVER had. Just completely terrible. If I had the option to put no stars I would choose that.

Horrible service and slow service. I got a root canal done by then and 6 months latery my teeth is hurting my root canal needs to be done again. Another time, I called and told them I needed service they told me to come in I did and waited 40 min for the doctor to see me just to tell me they cannot help me and which person in the front told me to come in while they literally checked me in for the same problem. Horrible service I would not recommend them at all

I have been a patient for many years !! This 2022 I got done many procedures and I spend money that I have pay ! Saturday August 6Th . 2022 I was there and I wanted to talk to a person named IVIE Is on charge of financial issues , well she wasn't there , so Angie was the one to talked to her customer service was terrible she seems very upset , she came right my room where I was sitting and she not even bother to say hi ?? I have seen here before as a receptionist?? Now she is dealing q financial ! Her attitude was bad

I have been going to this location for more than 3+ years. I was an general, ortho and oral surgeon patient and their commitment to excellence was on point. The ladies in the front desk, managers, the assistant, technicians and the dentist are professional and understanding. Based on years of being with them, I can truly say that I trust them for my dental needs. The place do get a lot of appointments throughout the month but that's pretty common for most dental offices. I started coming here a few months ago as a referral from my sons old dental office ( horrible experience there ) so my hopes weren't high for this spot but my son had to see a pediatric specialist. Not only did this office exceed my expectations, their professionalism is top tier, extremely clean and from the doctors to the staff all are amazing people. My son has Autism and struggles to focus and keep calm. Each and every visit they have done above and beyond to make sure he feels safe and leaves happy. The patience that they have and the way that they know how to react and handle the situation with my Autistic son gives me a sense of peace and grateful that he's treated just as well. His last dental office had no patience for him and they were extremely rude. This office also gives goody bags with kids' toothpaste , tooth brushes and stickers. Sometimes they even have balloons they give out and today they had a clown make balloon animals , swords , hats etc for the kids ! It really helps my son relax for every visit. I will recommend this office to everyone and if you're stopping by reading my comment I'm telling you this office is it! I appreciate every doctor / dental assistant/ staff member here !!!

I was talked into getting braces for my 11yr old , 1 week later 3 of the metal brackets came off her teeth, is that normal, she has not ate anything hard , she ,,,,$4000, for braces not done correctly, I never got my contract for the braces, me and my daughter have been treated poorly, the staff keeps referring to my daughter as a boy, saying him and he, total disrespect,, they have security, because they are being unfair, respect people
