Every holiday season West Coast Dental teams up with the Salvation Army of Southern California to provide underprivileged children with unwrapped toys. West Coast Dental has donated thousands of unwrapped toys in the course of 10 years. West Coast Dental also encourages patients to help donate by giving them a 10% discount on any new service. Tis the season for giving!
While COVID-19 has affected our ability to gather, its also deeply impacted schoolchildren and their families who rely on their schools meals, support, and education. To help support our community, Magicland Dental has teamed up with local school lunch programs to hand out meals, and also toothbrushes, to ensure nutritious meals and continuous oral health education despite the very real limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This location is super convenient number one for me less than five miles from where I live & secondly they are very pleasant at the front desk & third but not last the techs & doctors are really nice without being to nice.

didn't get a led apron while having my x-rays taken . ortho doctor was very aggressive and didn't listen to my needs and wants had an appointment at 8:30 wasn't seen until 9:30! office is very dirty and rude staff will never be returning again

I don't understand why the orthodontist is only there twice a month. I feel like they over book for the same time slots. I went today for a 1:00 appointment, and waited a half hour, then waited in the chair for so long and I had to go to work at 2:30, and I told them. Then they said I couldn't be seen until the 31st if I cancelled and left. I asked at least to get my rubber bands changed, so they did, and then the woman who said I could come on the 31st said I couldn't come on the 31st because I was already seen today, and I told her I didn't even get to see the orthodontist, and the woman sitting next to her scheduled me for the 31st. I am not happy with this place but because I have braces I have no choice but to stick with them. Some of their staff is great, and some are horrible- cold and don't make you feel appreciated or like they appreciate our business. They also changed my appointment time without consulting me first, and couldn't give me a reason and no apology for the inconvenience. And they should also enforce the rule that people can't listen to music or videos without earbuds in the waiting room, it is disrespectful to everyone else. I would never recommend this ace to anyone.

The dentist that injected me this morning was extremely aggressive with the needle he was supposedly prepping me for surgery. I'm a sixty year old woman and have been and have had a lot of experience with the dentist, I let him know, I knew what he was doing and I called him out on how aggressive he was with his needle.The pain was so intense I found him very arrogant and uncaring This is the kind of dentist that scares little children and makes a grown person to never to want to go to the dentist. West Coast Dental you should the right thing and rid him from your practice. If this ever happens to you Im here for you.

Terrible. Wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment time. Dentist saw me for 5 minutes and tried to get me into braces at 35 years old after having no other dentist refer me for braces. Terrible customer service. Factory trying to bleed people for money.

Do not take emergency appointments when only 1 dentist is working and make a patient wait 3 hours with no pain relief and then wait another 3 hours to even send the pain prescription to pharmacy when we begged to do it asap because pharmacy closes early. Went home after 6 hours with no solution to pain relief what a waste! I should have went to a different dental office!!!

I have been trying to get a refund from this place for over a month after they charged me twice for a bill. I called about 5 different times, sometimes on hold for 30+ minutes just for the call to be dropped or be hung up on. They've transferred me to three different departments within the corporate office and the lb office and no one seems to know what's going on with my refund or says it's the other departments problem.

So my 9 year old fell off while riding her scooter and face planted on the concrete causing her tooth to fracture. I called so many dentist office seeking help for her to see how bad the damage was. West coast dental was the ONLY office that had same day appointments available, being an emergency and willing to help. I was super grateful that they were able and willing to see my child's tooth. They treated her and did it all the same day. Their professional and helpfulness to our situation was amazing. My daughter and I felt welcomed and comfortable. My daughter was scared and the dental assistant and the dentist made her so comfortable that made her calm down and stop being scared. By far, the BEST dentist visit we've had, just wished the circumstances would have been different but over all were very happy and satisfied with the overall experience and service. We will definitely make this office our set dentist.

Last time I came I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes. The first time I came to get x-rays and the woman didn't seem to know what she was doing. I also don't like having to come in for two different visits to get x-rays and consult then again for cleaning. We should be able to do that in one visit. People don't have time and ability with work schedules to do that
