The atmosphere at this dental office was so peaceful, caring and professional. Most, everyone who helped me were very friendly especially the Insurance Representative which I will have some much respect for because she has a very difficult job and very important for the success of the dental office. But she was so sympathic and cared about my situation and I'm sure you'll agree when you meet her.. The Lady Dentist was the Very Best Dentist I have Ever seen.. She verbally informed me of my current problem and all the other procedures I will need to get my teeth in better condition. Thank You. And a Big Kudo to the X-Ray technician he was friendly and gentle. From the bottom of my heart a million Thank Yous to the staff at Westcoast Dental on Whittier & Atlantic. I don't recommend at all. I decided to change dental office. This place takes both of my insurance. I went on June of this year. They recommended about 1500 of work not cover by insurance. I made an appointment but a day before they cancel. When I called back I decided to only get the regular cleaning I was told they will call me back. As of today October no cleaning. I have called several time but unfortunately I get the run around. I have never been treated like this. It a shame that they only care about money not the patient

This place always takes forever. Evrytime I come in I wait an hour to and hour and a half to call me in. The staff are always nice, BUT these people love to rip people off. I had a simple filling fall out and needed it replaced all of a sudden I needed 4 crowns and 4 root canals, I'm 22 yrs old my teeth are not that bad. Their pricing is ridiculous compared to other offices. Please do not come here as your first option. Do your research. *ps I went to 2 other offices, both agreed I did not need 4 root/crowns. Got my filling fixed, although I did need a crown no root canal which my insurance paid for. unlike this office, I was told I had to pay everything out of pocket and my insurance would only cover roots and each crown was $600 each, lol girl bye.
