Every holiday season West Coast Dental teams up with the Salvation Army of Southern California to provide underprivileged children with unwrapped toys. West Coast Dental has donated thousands of unwrapped toys in the course of 10 years. West Coast Dental also encourages patients to help donate by giving them a 10% discount on any new service. Tis the season for giving!
While COVID-19 has affected our ability to gather, its also deeply impacted schoolchildren and their families who rely on their schools meals, support, and education. To help support our community, Magicland Dental has teamed up with local school lunch programs to hand out meals, and also toothbrushes, to ensure nutritious meals and continuous oral health education despite the very real limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic.

West Coast Dental & Orthodontics, the leading provider of adult and childrens dentistry in Southern California, has partnered with First African Methodist Episcopal Church Los Angeles, (FAME Church LA) to offer free orthodontic screenings for local children aged 12-17 years old.

It had been a minute (2019) since the last time I had been seen, in the Corona office. Not sure why, but the whole staff has changed, for the BETTER! Very friendly and attentive. I was put at ease for my upcoming dental procedure, which is saying a lot , when the one place you dread going to, isn't as terrifying as it was.

This is absolutely the worst dental office I have ever been to the staff is extremely rude. I paid to get dental implants done a lot of money and now they are telling me that I need to pay $600 for each locator which I have two which are just two little rubber part they need to replace am very disappointed and will not be using their services ever again and I will tell everyone not to use them I have never been treated this way ever

Make sure your appointment schedulers are well trained and competent. None of the information taken by the scheduler was correct in the system. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that I didn't have an appointment. The receptionist that checked me in seemed to be irritated. I couldn't tell if she was irritated at me or the scheduler who entered all the wrong information. I didn't feel welcomed at the office. If the Dentist is running behind schedule, please keep the patients informed.

Caution.. beware as this place should be investigated. Not sure how this dental office is in business. I do not believe the denist is board certified. The dental work performed is zero stars and customer service is negative non existent. . I had a 9:00am appointment and was sitting around the office until 1pm while the staff went to lunch. There was no mouthwash available. They did impressions on my mouth with no bib on. I had a piece that I was told to hold in my mouth for impressions for almost an hour when I realized the office was empty. I was still sitting there with the piece in my mouth and was not notified that the staff went to lunch. The dentist did not introduce herself. Also, they had the nerve to charge my insurance to the max. Owens

Love, Love, Love this place!! My son broke his adult tooth, called around to find a dentist to no avail. Called West Coast Dental, Grace the office manager answered and got us in the same day!!! The Dr. Farage, her staff and over all experience was amazing. 10/10 recommend

Called before hand about my elderly parents insurance. They have Medicare. Told yes they accept. Filled out paperwork online. Got to appointment 15 minutes early. Called up to receptionist for her to tell us he doesn't show he has insurance. We said we will pay cash. Asked to fill out a form "to pay cash"! Waiting and waiting and finally just called it a day. Seems unorganized and I could sense we would not have a good experience. They need a better call center that will give accurate information. Waste of time.

DO NOT OVER BOOK YOUR SCHEDULE!!! They schedule 100 people for the same time slot!!! Every visit there is an average wait time of two hours!

Very nice just staff, just terribly inefficient at either their work or their communication. I walked out after waiting over an hour before my cleaning started. Never informed that they overbooked or someone didn't show up to work, just that they'd be with me shortly. I can't do business with a business that doesn't respect my time. Dental offices are like churches . . . on every corner, so I'll try another.

Update: One of the crowns this dentist did has already cracked, not even been four months. Now it has to be redone, and will contact the insurance to see if they will cover to have it fixed. This place is a horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE WILL MESS YOU UP. Beware: Major Scam Alert They cancelled my appointment again, no valid excuse. Been waiting for them to finish with one crown for over three months. That is unacceptable. And Rosie the so-called office manager/ insurance coordinator is a joke, she lies about everything. Don't agree to get any work done until you verify it with your insurance. They will try to charge you $950, for work that should only be at most $325. Basically what they do is pick icd codes that are not billable or not covered by your insurance. And then proceed to tell you it's not covered. When all they have to do is bill the right codes, that they have agreed to accept when they accepted to work with that particular insurance; and accept that as payment in full. I know that every plan and insurance works different. That's why you have to check and double check, what it is you are covered for. You just can't trust them at their word. But definitely do not trust any words that come out of their mouths. I've been lied to, every time I talk to them. Rosie also promised to work on other authorizations for other work I need, and she has not even contacted my insurance. It's been over three months...and I asked and she just says the insurance has not responded to the request...but it is not true I've spoken to my insurance several times to verify if they have received any additional requests for treatment and they have not. Rosie is a LIAR. And of course is you call to speak to her she is always unavailable, but she will call you back. Also a lie.

I love how I play music in the background scented fragrance and he always talk to you calmly in one minute the whole staff how they are super clean during the covid give me some more injections please to really numb me that would be great just keep numbing me LOL I wish they would offer more free knick knack sensor toys for the kids, maybe a sticker and free sugar lollipops
