All procedures at West Coast Center For Jaw Surgery were excellent. The personnel, including the doctor and dental assistants, were very kind and respectful to my wheelchair-bound wife. The front desk staff was fast, pleasant, and well-organized. The office's location on Sheldon is also perfect.

My visit was fun and informative! Pre-appointment was a breeze. I received explicit instructions which made checking in easy and quick. Haden was very friendly, Angelica was nice and Dr. Thigpen provided me with all my options for surgery (in a calm and easy to follow way). Happy to recommended to have my procedure done by Dr. Thigpen I feel very secure and looking forward to getting this work done.

Excellent in every way!!! Dr Thigpen is very highly skilled and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He spends as much time as needed to clearly explain a complicated subject and answer any questions. It's a friendly and efficient office, and I feel lucky I got referred there. I've always had A+++ experiences with Dr. Thigpen and his staff. Very highly recommend!!

I had all of my wisdom teeth removed at once at West Coast Center for Jaw Surgery by Dr Thigpen and it went very smooth. I have been informed about everything on what to expect before/during/after the procedure on multiple occasions prior and after the surgery which helped me calm down and not stress about it. Dr Thigpen has checked on me after surgery as well. I am still in the process of recovery but so far so good - I'd recommend Dr Thigpen and his office to anyone who is looking for a place to get rid of their wisdom teeth
