Ive spent the last two decades of my over 25 years in the dental field with this team and I love it! Our families are the best! I particularly enjoy putting together the contests for our patients. When Im not at the office, Im home spending time with my husband and daughter and every type of animal I can but cats are my favorite. And youll see me powerwalking all over West Chester. I have been part of the West Chester Orthodontics team for over 16 years. I started out welcoming patients at the front desk but in 2016 I transitioned into the Financial Coordinator position. This role allows me to meet with our families and help make paying for orthodontics as easy as possible. Please know I am alwaysavailable for any financial questions you may have at any time but when not at the office I enjoy camping, movies and, my favorite, the beach, with my family.
I enjoy assisting our patients with a positive attitude and sense of humor. When you call the office, be sure to share a joke and we can laugh together! I am newer to this area but I love it! I spend all of my free time outdoors, with my two daughters or my cat. I have been on many crazy adventures like a two week backpack hike through the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. I also love music and have been scouring the shops adding to my record collection. I'd love to know your favorite spots in the area to put on my list to visit.
I love being a part of the West Chester Orthodontics team. We really have great patients! Be sure to stop by the desk to say hi and talk about anything Disney. I have been in Chester County for most of my life so I know all the good local spots to visit. You might run into me out there with my husband and 2 sons.
I am a lifelong resident of Chester County but newer to the WCO team where I help at the front desk. We have great patients and an amazing team! In my downtime, I spend time with family, friends and my dog Bear. I also enjoy gardening and doing puzzles. Looking forward to meeting you!
I joined the West Chester Orthodontics team in 2006 after practicing as a dental hygienist for several years. My background allows me to give our patients the tools and skills to keep their smiles healthy and beautiful for a lifetime. I am honored to be part of this amazing team and look forward to guiding you through your orthodontic journey. Outside of the office, I keep very busy with my husband and 4 children playing with our dogs, working in my garden and baking all sorts of yummy treats. Id love to share some recipes with you!
I grew up in Chester County and still reside there. I graduated from the dental assisting program at YTI in 2013 and have been working at West Chester Orthodontics ever since. When I'm not at work, I spend my time with my 2 sons playing at the park, taking walks and going to SkyZone. I enjoy building relationships with patients and can not wait to meet you at your next visit.
I have been interested in orthodontics since having braces at this practice myself as a teenager. The experience sparked a passion in me so I went to dental assisting school. Now I am on the other side of things and enjoy helping our patients with their smiles. I hope to inspire some of you to find your career!
Born and raised in Kentucky, I joined the West Chester Orthodontics team after moving to Pennsylvania in 2020. I love working with patients to make the orthodontist a fun and positive experience that ends in a smile you are confident in! Outside the office you'll find me with my husband and our dog either out on a walk, getting ice cream or watering my plants!
I joined the WCO team after moving to the area from New York in 2021. I absolutely love the dental field and am working towards becoming a dentist myself. When I am not working or studying for my upcoming dental school, you can find me hiking in the many area preserves or volunteering at the animal shelter.
I was born and raised in NorthernVirginia. I went on to study Sports Management at Old Dominion University where I served as the student manager for the school's baseball team. Following graduation in 2019, I have been coaching youth baseball and soccer for special needs students. I recently moved to Pennsylvania looking for new opportunities to apply my skills to and found the WCO team. I still stay active with sports, playing golf, working out and watching whatever sports may be on in my free time. I am a devoted Washington fan!
They even took a tooth that was completely sideways and made it straight. Thanks to Dr. Ferrell and everyone over at West Chester Orthodontics. We couldnt have asked for a nicer, smart and innovative orthodontist.

I can not say enough about our experience with Dr. Ferrell and her staff. I have put two of my children through braces over years and aside from the beautiful results our experience with friendly staff and Dr. Farrell could not have been more memorable. From the moment I walked in to when I left, I felt so welcomed! Everyone is so informative and helpful. Diana walked me through the whole process, constantly checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. She also answered ALL my questions which made me feel so confident about the whole process. There is no other practice that I would see. Dr Ferrell and her staff go above and beyond what you would expect an orthodontist office to do. My kids have been coming since they were 7 yrs old and there was zero charge until something needed to be done. Because of Dr Ferrell's skill and expertise, my youngest son had early orthodontic care that required a palette expander and a brief stint of braces and now at 12 years old does not need further care. My oldest had invisalign for a year that was easy and seamless. They care about more than just teeth - they care about the whole family and the office feels like home. We love WC Orthodontics!

Absolutely fantastic. My daughter's bar broke, for her Invisalign, on a Sunday. I texted with an on call nurse, and they had someone come into the office right away to fix it. Now that's service and we were super appreciative! Highly recommend, plus Dr. Ferrell has the child's best interest in mind when making decisions.

I love this practice! After a few years of evaluations for readiness, we are finally starting with Invisalign for my son! The staff is fantastic, super friendly and incredibly helpful! During our consult today, Cat was super patient, and informative, allowing us time to decide which program would be best for my son. No pushiness...just patience to answer all our questions...even when we initially thought we would go braces, and we had a change of heart and went Invisalign.

Even after 10 years, the staff of West Chester Orthodontics is still as friendly as ever. My consultation was smooth and to the point. They gave me options that would best suite me. Everyone was great!!
