Dr. Phuoc Tran received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1995. He graduated with academic and clinical recognitions.He is committed to creating a warm and welcoming family practice using the finest, state of the art equipment to ensure your optimal dental health and comfort.Dr. Tran is a DOCS certified dentist offering his patients the option of oral sedation dentistry. He and his wife Sang are active members of the West Chester community where they live with their four children.
Dr. Alexandra Shehata was born and raised in Cincinnati and attendedSycamore high school. She received her bachelors degree from theUniversity of Dayton and attended dental school at The Ohio StateUniversity. She followed in the footsteps of her aunt and uncle who arealso dentists and is happy to return to her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Shehata is committed to providing patients with the most up-to-datedental care and devoted to building relationships with patients andfamilies for generations to come. In her free time she enjoys cooking,boating on lake Cumberland, and spending time with her fiancand their dogLouie.
Pediatric Dentist, Dr Arlene S. Esche, who goes by Dr. E. Her love ofPediatric Dentistry started when she was in the Air Force practicing as aGeneral Dentist in 2011. Being a joker herself, she loves making kidslaugh and smile. She thinks the best part of being a Pediatric Dentist isto be able to create a happy healthy smile.
Dr. VanderHorst was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. She received her undergraduate degree from Muskingum University. She then attended dental school at The Ohio State University. She now resides in West Chester with her family and two dogs. She looks forward to meeting the patients of West Chester Family Dentistry and treating them with clinical excellence.

In the Fall of 2008, we moved to our brand new building that houses all of our state of the art equipment and many patient amenities including a refreshment bar, Cable TV access, free wireless, and massaging chairs. Pairing our excellent dental care with a warm and welcoming environment allows us to offer you an optimal dental experience every time you visit. In the Spring of 2022 we completed an expansion and now West Chester Family Dentistry occupies the entire building.

I drive over 50 miles one way to west Chester family dentistry . When I first met Dr. Tran my mouth looked like a science experiment and it was not from neglect. Dr. Tran and his staff , are knowledgeable, professional, top notch. I am thrilled with my results.

My insurance plan isn't covered here AND wouldn't go anywhere else! They make you feel like family. Dr. Tran & staff are top notch professional. I really love his approach for dental care that is different than I've experienced anywhere else.

I can't say that I've ever enjoyed going to the dentist, but I do rest assured that when I need to see one, I know a pro.doc .Train and his stuff . He makes every experience a positive one.I am always thoroughly impressed by his expertise and kindness during my appointments.The office staff is also extremely warm ,welcoming and professional .West Chester Family dental office is the best !

Dr. Tran and his crew are the best. My family has grown with their business. My kids were about 3/4 and now 21/22. The office and staff are inviting. Anyone looking for a great dentist should visit and tour. Get a teeth cleaning while you're here.

I was hesitant to switch dentists but decided to give this place a try because of the good reviews, but that turned out to be a very bad decision. I was scheduled for new patient x-rays and a cleaning on the same day, but upon arrival was told that the hygienist called off and I would have to reschedule the cleaning (I was annoyed at this because I would have to take another half day off work at a later date but whatever). However, after some digging around in my mouth, Dr. Tran decided I needed a "deep cleaning" that wasn't covered by my insurance and cost $1096. When I expressed that all I wanted was a normal cleaning that was free for me under my insurance, that I specifically came there for, he refused. He said that because he decided I needed something more, he wouldn't offer anything less than he deemed necessary, and if I wasn't willing to pay the $1000, I could go ahead and let my teeth rot. When I left, they gave me a breakdown of everything they deemed necessary that totaled $2977. This was after I was told my mouth was relatively healthy and I didn't have any major issues. I am absolutely disgusted and will never be back. SCAM of all scams. He may treat his regulars better, but if you are considering switching, DON'T.

Been going to this practice for 13 years. I continue to because they are Timely- I have never waited past my scheduled time. Friendly- they take a real interest in your family and well being Above and beyond- not only taking care of teeth, they make sure they are checking for oral and throat cancers. Happy employees- low turnover! you get to see the same faces every time and they know your history. Great energy starts with Dr. Tran he has created a happy work environment. I will alway recommend this practice!
