We have been serving your complex Endodontic needs since 1994 when Dr. Samuel Kratchman opened our first office in Exton. Today, each of our three offices has four operatories, fully equipped with the latest technological advances in the field. Microscopes, digital radiography, and 3D imaging are all part of our daily practice.

Our five doctors -- Sam Kratchman, Kenneth Lee, Allen Yang, Ameir Eltom and Lindi Orlin -- bring more than 60 years of experience to Chester County, Pennsylvania. They are all graduates of the Endodontics program at The University of Pennsylvania, where they currently hold part-time faculty positions. This creates a professional environment in which everyone is on the same page at the forefront of the academic world, while still each maintaining unique ways to treat patients.

When you visit our practice, you will be welcomed by our caring staff and treated by friendly doctors who are dedicated to patients quality of care. We even have soothing background music that provides a stress-free, relaxing and comforting atmosphere. Endodontics is the root of what we do. The only thing, in fact. We look forward to welcoming you.

Dr. Sam Kratchman was born and raised in New York. He received both a B.S. in Biology and a D.M.D. from Tufts University in Boston. Sam then entered The University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Certificate of Endodontics.

A prominent leader in his field, Dr. Kratchman currently teaches at U. Penn as an Associate Professor of Endodontics, and he is the Assistant Director of Graduate Endodontics, in charge of the microsurgical portion of the program. He frequently lectures on several Endodontic topics throughout the United States, Europe, South America, Canada and Asia.

Dr. Kratchman has authored several articles and chapters on Endodontics, and has co-authored the textbook of Endodontic Microsurgery with Dr. Kim in 2017. He also developed a patented instrument called the S Kondenser for the obturation of root canals. Both Main Line Today and Doctor of Dentistry magazines honored Dr. Kratchman as the cover story for their 'Best of' issues.

Most recently, in 2021, we added a 4th location in Bryn Mawr. We have been serving your Endodontic needssince 1994 in our Exton office, since 2008 in our West Chester office, and since 2017 in our Paoli office.

I was very frightened and anxious when I entered into this office but the minute I went through the door all my anxiety was relieved. The office is immaculate. The people at the front desk are friendly kind and understanding. I don't remember the name of the dental assistant who took care of me but she was absolutely wonderful. Explained everything as she was doing it I had to get an x-ray done actually two x-rays. I told her as soon as she came in to the room I immediately felt calm due to her friendliness and professionalism Dr. Azadi was absolutely wonderful. He was caring calming and explained everything to me. Unfortunately my teeth were too far gone it was a retreat for a root canal and I had an abscess that had eaten through the bottom of my tooth root. as much as I was upset that the retreat of the root canal could not be done I appreciated his honesty and frankness. He explained to me and showed me in detail why this could not be done and if it was done that likely it would fail. This was the second Endodontist that I had seen and because of the way that I was treated in Dr. Azadi's office I felt comfortable going ahead with the next step knowing that I had seen two Endodontist and if it wasn't for Dr. Azadi's care and calming way, and the manner in which he explained things I may have gone ahead with some thing that would've failed and would have resulted in further issues. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and professionalism. If I ever needed a root canal again this office would be the office I would definitely go to. They are professional, intelligent, calming and caring. Dr. Azadi Is honest and practices with great integrity. If you need a root canal please go to this office youvwill not be disappointed in the way they care for you the office is immaculate staff is wonderful starting with the staff at the front desk and moving forward

My visit today reminded me why our healthcare system is so bad. Came in for an X-ray of one of my teeth. Was told that the X-ray wouldn't be covered by my insurance and that I would have to pay $180 for the visit. I came in, had the X-ray done and was told that my total would be $360. I informed them that I was told that it would be $180. They said that they don't accept my insurance and that's why it would be $360. That means that I paid $180 for the X-ray and an additional $180 just to walk through their doors and sit for all of 10 minutes. That's $18 a minute. Someone is making bank here, and it isn't the front desk staff that, from what I saw, has to deal with angry clients all day. Now they can add me as an additional angry client. This is absolutely absurd. Greed is never good.

Dr Kratchman was fabulous. He identified the need for the root canal and the procedure was painless. He was so friendly and had wonderful chairside manner, made me feel at ease...although I was very nervous. The office staff is also very nice to work with. I would highly recommend this practice

I had to have a root canal so I called West Chester Endodontics since my granddaughter. I saw Dr. Yang. He was very friendly yet professional. He fixed my tooth just fine. Now I have to have another root canal. I will be seeing him again. Top notch service.

Dr. Orlin was excellent. She was very knowledgeable in explaining my issue during my consultation. I would highly recommend even though I'm not a candidate for retreatment as my tooth is fractured. Very professional

I would advise against Dr. Yang. I had a root canal but still experienced pain in the same region. I went back to them but they didn't believe me or take the time to listen I ended up getting the entire tooth pulled and low and behold-the entire site was infected. Awful place.

First, the job was completed successfully, so there's that. But the only other time I felt pain like this experience was when I broke two toes simultaneously. I think the part that frustrated me was the complete lack of sensitivity by the doctor - continuing to inflict the pain despite my clear and obvious reaction. "It's just the infection." No sir, it's the needle. Disappointed to say the least by the inhumane treatment. Won't be returning. There are other alternatives.

Dr. Orin was awesome. The whole staff was. There were some unforeseen challenges during my root canal. I loved that she explained everything as she went. I was never uncomfortable or in pain. I never was waiting around. The doctor herself called that evening to check in on me. I was perfectly fine but that really meant a lot. She is my first choice going forward. I went for a root canal because of a calcified canal.

Dr. Eltom was reviewed highly by others and I couldn't agree more. Came in for a root canal and he made the entire process quick, painless and explained everything in detail. I didn't have any pain during the operation, later that day, nor have I since the operation. Would highly recommend Dr. Eltom!

I had Dr Yang do a root canal, on aThursday afternoon 3 weeks ago. I expected some pain for a day and a half. I could not have my tooth above the root canaled tooth touch. The pain was severe. I could not have any food touch it. I lived on soup, scrambled eggs, oat meal, until he could see me the following Tuesday. He saw me in a huff, acting very annoyed, saying I shouldn't have tried solid food, when he was finally checking my bite, and grinding down the filing, which should have been done initially. He made it seem like it was my fault. He walked out of the room after, apparently miffed. I will neither go back to WCE, nor recommend him.

I had to root canals done by doctor Kratchman 2 years ago and had no trouble since. I have free yearly checkup with Xray from them! Will go again if I need.

Negligence from the staff to ask simple questions about x rays or scan made me pay out of pocket 200 dollars, when I called them they say they will talk to the doc to make sure it will not happen again but I still have to pay them the Fing money
