Dr. Donatelli graduated from Allegheny College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then attended Case Western Reserve University for his Doctorate in Dental Surgery and graduated in 1987. After graduation, he began private practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Donatelli moved to Columbus, Ohio in 1996 and practiced in Worthington, Ohio until joining West Chester Center for Dentistry. He and his wife Sharon have three children, son Andrew, daughter Allison and son Sam.

Dr. Amar Mistry received his undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from Michigan State University. He then obtained his DDS from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, he completed a 1 year AEGD residency (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) from Tufts University in Portland, Maine. Dr. Amar is also Invisalign certified.

Dr. Mistry strives to provide positive patient-centered, comprehensive, and compassionate care. He values the importance of continuing education by keeping up to date on current technologies and research. He strongly believes in evidence base dentistry and enjoys teaching patients the importance of oral hygiene. Dr. Mistry is excited to join the Dayton community and start building relationships with his future patients at Preferred Family Dental.

Dr. Mistry is a member of Ohio Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Dayton Dental Society. Outside of the office, Dr. Mistry enjoys cooking, traveling, supporting Michigan State athletics, and spending time with his friends and family.Above all, Dr. Amar Mistry and our entire dental team look forward to helping you achieve your smile goals!

I first became passionate about orthodontics after having braces myself. I saw first hand how a great smile has a huge impact on ones self-esteem. My favorite thing about coming into our practice is seeing how happy patients are when their braces are removed and their new beautiful smiles are revealed! I also enjoy seeing how once fearful patients look forward to jumping in the chair and telling us how their day went.

Dr. Patel attended dental school at the University of Michigan Dental School, which is Ranked # 1 in the nation. While in dental school, Dr. Patel undertook research on patients smiles and their self esteem.

Dr. Patel is also a Board certified Orthodontist, A board certified orthodontist is an orthodontist who has voluntarily gone through hundreds of additional hours of preparation to demonstrate their judgment, skills and knowledge required for providing the highest level of patient care. They have achieved board certification through the American Board of Orthodontics, the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and in affiliation with the American Association of Orthodontists.

In his free time, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters and their family and friends. He also enjoys watching College Football and is a big Michigan and Oklahoma fan, when not enthusiastically rooting for his favorite teams, he enjoys working out and spends time travelling. He is also co inventor of ORTHOMINDS an orthodontics cloud based orthodontic software.

Rebekah has been a dental hygienist for over 17yrs. She joined our team in early 2017. She lives in Middletown with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends in her spare time.

Kara has been a hygienist for over 20 years. She has been with our practice part time since 2012, joining us full time in early 2017. She has 2 boys and lives in Lebanon. In her freetime she enjoys going to baseball games, being outside, traveling and riding her Harley.

Kellie has been a dental hygienist for 30 years. Kellie joined our hygiene team in 2018 after moving back to Ohio from Tennessee. Kellie has 2 daughters and three grandchildren. In her time away from the office, Kellie enjoys cooking, baking and being active outdoors.

Tatiana has been with the office since April 2017. She was born in Russia and moved to the United States in 2000. She graduated from Sinclair in 2008. In her freetime she likes to spend time with her family, being outside hiking, skiing, or just tossing the ball with her kids.

Tami brings over 30 years of dental experience to our office, graduating from Sinclair. She has been with our office since 2006. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Heather is a certified dental assistant at our office, she has been in the dental field for over 10yrs and with our office since 2010. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Lashea has been with the office since early 2018. She graduated from Ross IMDT in 2009 from the dental assisting program. She now enjoys working with our patients to ensure that they are able to get the most from their dental benefits. Outside of the office, Lashea loves to spend all of her free time with her son and husband.

Desiree has been in the dental field since 2018 and enjoys helping patients with scheduling, treatment planning, finances and insurance. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending her time with her husband, daughter, dogs and bird. She's a big fan of board games and anything Disney, but especially The Little Mermaid.

Brandis has been working in customer service since graduating from the University of Southern Indiana in 2015. She lives with her fiance and cat child in Hyde Park. She enjoys crafting, sewing, and aerial acrobatics in her spare time.

Mindy has been a hygienist for over 30 years. She has three grown children and two grandchildren. Mindy lives on a small horse farm in Lebanon. In her free time you can find her with her animals enjoying the country life.
