My first time at this place and I loved it. Front desk was great and very attentive, and the dentist and procedure was sensitive and painless. I had a very good experience overall and I recommend this place to everyone.

This was the worst experience of my life. This Asian young student without supervision pulled my tooth without being numb. He tried to numb me but instead numb my ear. He then processed to poke me with needles in the wrong spot, cracked my tooth instead. Then continue to poke me with needles. He pulled my tooth without being numb and all he said was he's sorry and asked if I wanted an ice pack! Must unprefessional place I've ever experienced

I have been going to the dentist since I was a child i am now 55 yrs old . This new staff really need help tomorrow will be my 5th visit yes 5 I want partials had a problem with my top one only one tooth is needed I was told the fee $1,000 yup what a joke never paid that much ever for one tooth. The manager stated I was here 16 yrs and wanted to say I was on my job for 22 years. back and forth up and down Pray to God tomorrow will be my last fitting. Try to go to the businesses that are a part of my community. u have a 9:00 am appointment not seen almost one hour later. I just want my bottom partials. will go on Washington street to pay $300 for my one tooth Broadway dentist must do better, have been going to the dentist since i was a child.quality service went down loved the old staff.

After booking my appointment the day before, I received confirmation for a 9:15 am time which is what I requested. Upon arrival the receptionist told me that my appointment wasn't until 1:30 pm that day. She eventually booked me for a earlier time and told me to fill out some forms and have a seat. I was very patient and noticed that it was pretty busy so I didn't mind waiting a little, even though my time on their end was not the time they emailed me and confirmed for. I waited for about 1 hour and a half and I finally was called to the back. When getting back there I was given an x-ray which is pretty normal if you haven't been there for about 6 months to a year. The doctor comes in to check my mouth and tells me something I already knew. Which was that I had two cavity's and was due for a cleaning. Keep in mind that when I requested my appointment and even when filling out the papers before being seen, I specifically wrote that my reason for the visit was for a cleaning and cavity fillings. After the doctor was finished I was told that I would have to schedule another appointment for the cleaning and for the fillings which is an entire 2 months away! Not only did I waste my time being there just to be told something I already knew but the professionalism was not up to par and I would not recommend it. The nurse or whatever you call the people in the dentist that sees you before the actually doctor was well manned and respectful but outside of my booth I can hear other workers talking using profanity while working and joking around as if we were outside hanging out. I normally don't do these kind of reviews but this is not my first bad experience at this place. I genuinely would not recommend it for anyone especially not my child. (And for anyone wondering why go back if my experience before wasn't good, it's because I figured things would be different this time but actually turned out to be worse)

Goodmorning this my first and last time visiting them they are terrible they have no idea what they doing both doctors and staff very unclean place they treat patient like dirt I am very disappointed I will never go back they are not professional . I can not believe how this clinic is still in business instead fixing people teeth they ruined them this is a shame

They do great service and they will fight for your rights if need be with the insurance company. But the place is not clean at all. Only reason why I go there is because they will do everything in there power to fix your teeth up.

It wasn't bad at all but points taking away because the lady didn't clean my teeth good her equipment wasn't working good so she take along time to get started but everything else went well

0 if I could They left me unfinished and after getting approval from my Insurance for them to schedule my surgery then canceled on me with no reason

The worse place I ever been too. Even with appointments you will wait +45 mins to get seen. The check ups are horrible they forget to tell me I need clearance from my primary doctor until the day of my tooth extraction. What a waste of time

Horrible place!!! Every time I try to make an appointment they hang up the phone on me. After months of not going I thought I should try calling again since I was just referred to see a oral surgeon for consultation for my son. They answer the phone and after I was trying to explain why he needs to see a oral surgeon the lady hung up the phone. I called three times after and they never answered. Terrible place . Try to avoid at all cost!!!

They texted me on May 17 stating that my daughters procedure was finally authorized. I have been calling since May 17th (today is May 24) just to constantly be placed on hold and then hung up on. I am now currently on hold for over 20 minutes (28:17 to be exact) and no answer! This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Sadly my daughters Dentist does not perform the procedure needed in their office and sent us here! I'll say this NEVER AGAIN! Also for it being a dentist office the waiting room gets crowded with homeless people whom lay outside of the building just to relax! AGAIN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! (I had to give a star in order to post! Otherwise NO STARS!)

Had my first appointment today. Considering this office is serving a large community It's important to expect a bit of a wait. I was taken back within 30 mins. The staff was kind and patient. Everything was clean. They didn't try to force me into any services that aren't necessary at this time. After my appointment my copay responsibilities were explained to me in detail. I left feeling confident in next steps. Thanks for everyone that made my first appointment a good experience.

The office was so unprofessional. They had like three people behind the desk and only one person working. The front desk people are incredibly childish; instead of being professional, they chose to roll their eyes at me and started to talk nonsense in Spanish. When I went inside for the extraction, the seat had dry blood on it from before, and the Assistant didn't even bother to greet me or say that she'll be the one who would be assisting. Since an assistant was there beforehand in the room just sitting there on her phone, I would have thought the room would be cleaner. As a person with experience working in a Dental Office, I would rate this dental office a negative one star. The doctors are rude; they don't wait and ask if the patient has any questions, and they speak to you as if they're taking an order at the McDonald's Drive-through. The .octor took my tooth out as if she was murdering someone in her mind. She stabbed my gums multiple times, and the numbing was terrible. Overall I think the staff, including the doctors, need to take classes on professionalism and people management skills because they lack many. Honestly, I was tremendously disappointed with how they handled me as a patient during cleaning and the extraction. I have seen other dentists, but this office has a dentist with zero communication skills and zero people ppl skills, and they are rude to the next level. I feel like a butcher, and Hitler does a better job at extracting and making a patient feel comfortable at a doctor's office. Immensely disappointed, brutal, rough mortifying and dreadful experience.

Sad ill be switching my dentist after ill these years. To say ive been going to this dentist since I was little. Now everything changed. They dont care only about money. Ive been calling the phone over 6 times by the time I hit the fourth call someone picked up and hung up the phone didnt even say anything. If your dont like your job and only the pay and not the people who give you the money because to be honest you need clients to make money. Then you should not be working their. If it was your teeth hurting or ect youll get seen real quick. Its sad that you have to go in person to get your answers and cant call on the phone because you have peoples who pick up the phone and hung up and talk even thro you have to wait weeks just to get seen. This Generation of young peoples working and not caring if messing up everything!!!!

Worst dentist EVER! Starting off with the employees attitude, not answer phone, scheduling appointments! It's always an AWFUL experience with this facility! Unorganized staff! Staff worry more about their plans for the day and constantly stay on their phones!! One word to describe this place is CHAOS !! Absolute CHAOS!!!!

If the doctor doesn't feel good, you in bad luck bc they will reschedule you unless if you pay cash. People with insurance at third class.

Incompetent. Overbooked. They lack concern for their patients. First visit went well enouch. Second visit, waited four hours for extractions, at the end of that wait nothing gets done due to an issue that could have been resolved in the initial visit.
