I had my wisdom teeth extracted in March. I was asked to pay the entire cost upfront and was told that my insurance would reimburse me. My claims were denied, denied, and denied. In August (5 months later), a single claim is partially approved. I call my insurance company - they say the dentist owes me a major refund due to their contract, that my insurance only covered 12.6% of what I paid, and that my insurance sent my dentist the check. I call the dentist office and they did receive the check, but somehow I owe a balance and now I'm told my surgeon was out-of-network so a major refund would not be possible. I am refunded 7.3% of the total payment I made for my wisdom tooth extractions. Additionally, through my consultation with the surgeon I was expecting to be sedated (twilight) and especially so with the amount I paid for this procedure. Instead, I realized moments before the operation that I was only being injected with local anesthesia. It took about 8 x-rays to give the surgeon a full scan of my jaw as parts of my jaw were missing from the scans for whatever reason. I currently still have slight nerve damage on one side of my mouth and at this point I don't know if it's permanent or not. It upsets me that this experience was not great as I was previously comfortable with this location and the staff.

To Dr Lee and the all the great people in your office, You guys R the best from 25 years ago when the gums got so bad we had no choice but to pull! From that time on you guys have taken care of all my needs which have been many to today where I walked out with a nicer set of teeth then when I was a kid! Thanks everyone! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!!!!

Going to West Boca Dental Care was a great experience! They accept most insurance and did the routine check-up, X-rays and cleaning as expected. I did not need the almost $700 'periodontal deep cleaning' that Sage Dental recommended and Sage outright refused to do a routine cleaning. Stay away from Sage Dental! West Boca Dental Care is the real deal. Great staff and an all around honest dental office.

The doctor made himself available on a Saturday. I appreciated his expertise, calm manner and pleasant demeanor. His office staff was equally competent and easy to work with. I needed to visit the office as an out-of-towner however if I lived here I would definitely want to go there as my dental office.

Dr.Herman and his staff always do a wonderful job. I've been seeing Dr.Herman for almost 10 years and I have zero negative things to say about him or his staff. The dental hygienist are all fantastic, personable and do a fabulous job as well. I would absolutely recommend that everyone goes to see him.

I honestly didn't know what to expect going into this office- I needed 4 wisdom teeth pulled and a root canal, and I was terrified to the point of tears. I just wanted to leave a review regarding both procedures- I felt literally no pain, no discomfort, nothing!!!!!!! I was shocked both times. I don't remember the name of the doctor who pulled my wisdom teeth, but he did wonderfully, and today Dr. Bas M Antic-Groen did an absolutely perfect root canal. Not only did I feel literally NOTHING, but he kept me feeling comfortable by being friendly and telling jokes, he was precise and attentive, and everyone in the office made sure to be very attentive to my specific medical needs. I can't thank this office enough, at the end of the day the dentist is a scary place for many of us. These doctors take care of their clients, and the work speaks for itself. Thank you for being great and putting my worries to rest

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff, from the front desk to the Hygienist to Dr. Lee Herman. The office itself is very clean and comfortable. We will return.

I have been going to Dr. Herman for almost 20 years now. I find him to be one of the most honest doctors i have ever used. He does fantastic work. I highly recommend him. Great staff as well.

. Kinda felt like a cash grab. Like the vibe you get from a shady car salesmen. Not good. Dr Herman was weird too. I can elaborate more . Just ask nicely. Thanks.

The staff was very friendly, they check your insurance for you right away to let you know what's covered. The dentist and dental hygienist were very thorough.

If I can give 0 stars, I absolutely would! This office is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever experienced in my entire life. I had two dental implants put in with Dr. B (oral surgeon that worked out of this office) back in June.I had several follow up post-op appointments after my surgery. I had an appointment scheduled for November 10 which was made over 6 weeks ago for him to place my healing caps and abutments in, which was supposed to be my final stage of the treatment that I paid in full for back in June. Today when I arrived at the office, I was informed that Dr. B is no longer working with this practice. The receptionist then proceeded to hand me a post-it with his new phone number and he is located in Miami. When I questioned why I wasn't informed about this prior to me arriving at the office for no reason, they couldn't answer me. They not only refused to treat me but Dr. Herman was upset and threw a tantrum that he can't help me because I am not completing the crowns with him. The reason I am not completing the restorative part of my dental work with Dr. Herman is because he tried to rip me off in the past by adding on extra charges and charging me a much higher co-pay than what I am required to pay according to my insurance. Now, for me to complete this work, I will have to pay a different dentist. This office put me in a terrible position and they don't care. They are nasty, unprofessional, money hungry and completely useless!!

As miserable as x-rays and cleanings can be, Niurka made my experience so enjoyable! She's so nice and very efficient. The facility is very clean and spacious. I already booked my next cleaning with her! 10/10 recommend

The highest quality dental group I have ever been a patient of. Dr. Herman is wonderful, professional, calming and reassuring. He and Dr. Rubin have done implants and general dentistry and I am throughly satisfied with their care. The dental assistants are highly competent and just walking into their new offices you get the feeling and confidence that this is the practice you want to have take care of all your dental needs. If you are looking for a new dental practice or just moving into the area you owe it to yourself to visit them and you will be very happy you did.

I have been going to Dr Herman for more than 10 yrs. He is a great doctor very professional , puts is heart and soul into his work. I highly recommend him and he has a wonderful staff as well.
