I love my dentist & her employees. Dr. Troudt is a fabulous dentist. She is professional, friendly and cares about her patients. I had something going on and she researched it, got info on it, and remembered about it at my next visit and asked me about it. (most doctors can't remember what I told them at my last visit) Her dental hygienist, Ruth, is a sweet heart - super friendly, caring, and has a GREAT song list while you are getting your teeth worked on! I highly recommend this team for all of your dental needs. You won't be disappointed!

I have been going here since I was a little girl. They are always, respectful, professional and outgoing people. I love the bubbly personalities. Dr. Markovich is truly a great Doctor and knows how to make people feel comfortable and happy leaving the dentist. He always makes me feel at ease.

The West Bend Dental Center has such friendly staff! My experience there was great, and I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Troudt and her assistants did a fantastic job.:)

Horrible service ended up taking my kids to another dentist multiple repair were needed and never done. Repairs that were seen on X-rays from July 2019 such horrible service.

Dr. Markovich and his assistant Katelyn did a wonderful job with my broken filling. They were both friendly, courteous, and professional. Afterwards my cleaning with the hygienist Ruth was handled with care and thoroughess. Everyone made me feel at ease. Their Covid precautions are handled very well ensuring the health and wellness of patients and staff. I will definitely go to West Bend Dental Center again!

I transferred to this dental center at about 10 years old. I will start with the positive. This place was always very very friendly and welcoming and I was very comfortable for the first few times I came here. After a while I had to get my first fillings, the gas used made me beyond sick, I'm not sure why because I had been fine at the other dentists but I was very sick. The next time I went in I was given shots in my mouth for numbing. The trainee failed to do this properly and I ended up with 9 shots in my mouth because they couldn't do it right and I kept feeling the drill. After 9 I just allowed them to work while still feeling the pain the whole time. I was so scared to go to the dentist I cried every time I had to go that finally my sophomore year in highschool I was given a pill to take called Ativan. After a quarter pill did not do the trick they x4 my dosage. This resulted in a very bad reaction that took me out of my basketball game. Every time this office worked on my teeth they just talked with their coworkers about gossip and I always ended up with cuts in my mouth after. My last visit they told me I had 2 wisdom teeth and recently found out I actually have all 4. I would not recommend this dentist to histories worst people. I am 21 now and I finally switched dentists recently and took my 1st dentist trip since 18 years old and I cried still because of the trauma.

I've been going here since my first dental visit as a child and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Staff is amazing and the care taken with there patients is phenomenal!

My husband and I are very happy with West Bend Dental. We have always had a positive experience there from cleanings to crowns. Dr. Troudt has such a magic touch as does Amber and Ruth. Very professional but also welcoming. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Thanks!

i have been bouncing from dentist to dentists for varies reasons, I think I found my dentist. Dr. Anderson He checks with you on everything to make sure your good with it. He's very gentle and does good work. Keith H.

I have been going here for years. Great staff and dentists. Have had 2 dental emergencies in the past and they were very responsive. The only complaint I would have is that there appointments book fast. So instead of every 6 months its usually every 7 months.

This is the first time I've ever left a dentist office happy. The staff and everyone there was courteous and helpful. Dr. Anderson was awesome in that he walked me through every step he did and truly gained my confidence and his assistant Rae was great. I initially thought the problem I had would be quite involved and costly and turned out to be a walk in the park. Thank you all for what you did and now I can go to the wedding confidently.
