I can't say enough about Dr. Jones and his staff at West Bay Dental. I have bad teeth to say the least. Some of it is genetics but most is neglect and I have been ashamed and embarrassed to smile. He's given me a reason to smile. His dentistry work is second to none. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. I highly recommended West Bay Dental.

Dr. Jones and his team are incredible. When I started going to his practice my oral health had been neglected, and I was afraid of getting dental work done. Dr. Jones and team are extremely empathetic and to the point. Today my two year long treatment plan is concluded and I no longer feel hesitancy going to the dentist. I would highly recommend West Bay Dental to anyone who has had anxiety about getting their teeth fixed.

I highly recommend West Bay Dental! Dr. Jones and all of his staff are so kind and very helpful. From simple 6 month cleanings, to monthly visits for an implant, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my dental care. They make sure you understand everything and that you're completely satisfied. If you're looking for a great dentist, go to West Bay Dental!

I'm normally not the type to leave reviews but the service was so great here that I absolutely have to. Dr. Darrin and the rest of the staff here are the best of the best. I consider myself a pretty tough dude but due to some previously awful experiences at dentists: I was pretty nervous. I had a tooth issue that could get bad pretty quickly if not taken care of and they got me in quickly, checked me out and even found a solution until I can finalize any further visits/procedures in the future. Dr. Darrin was also extremely gentle, careful and understanding. It completely alleviated any of my nervousness. I will absolutely be coming back for all of my future dental work and will let everyone know how awesome this place is.

I was very happy to see the 5 star ratings. When I called to set up an appointment, Mary, was very nice. Unfortunately, both of my insurances are out of network, and I'm back to searching again.

Best Dental Practice out there!! Dr. Jones and his staff are so friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond for their patients. Even if it means staying late to complete an emergency root canal (Thank you!). My kids, my husband, and I are so glad to be getting our dental care from West Bay Dental!

Lady Mary at the front desk was kinda rude to my mother. All's my mother did was ask if her insurance was accepted here. Desk lady said they will have to look it up that's all she did and said. She didn't take the time to look up her information. Rude if you ask me.

Our family LOVES this practice!! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the Doctor is gentle and quick about his drilling (and easy on the eyes!) Both my husband and I have had extensive work done with Dr. Jones and are VERY pleased when it came to our comfort during the procedures and with the ultimate outcomes. From our youngest (5) to the oldest of us, going to the dentist isn't so bad anymore.

I had cosmetic crowns done that changed my life. The staff is absolutely amazing here. I've moved away a few years ago and every single dentist I've seen since has complimented the work done. No one has ever seen crowns done so perfectly. I would drive from a different state if I ever need cosmetic work done again.

I was treated great the girls at the desk always have a big smile and greet you kindly. The staff is the best I've experience and the doctor is gentle and good. I would recommend them to anyone.
