The entire staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Turner is very pleasant and makes whatever procedure he's doing as painless as possible. Brandi, the hygienist I see is very thorough and gentle when cleaning my teeth. I've been going to West Augusta Dental for a long time and have have been thoroughly pleased with the service I've received.

As someone who has the worst anxiety when going to a dentist I would highly recommend Dr Green and her staff. They are excellent at being gentle and patient and they show real concern about my anxiety. This is who I would recommend

I've been going here for several years - they are always friendly, professional, and through on their services. They send reminders to make sure you don't miss your appointment, and have been great for myself and my spouse. Full disclosure: I'm always "that guy" that is 5 to 10 minutes late to my appointment, and they haven't fired me yet, so I appreciate it.

I am always very pleased with the service and the level of professionalism that my family and I receive at West Augusta Dental Associates. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt to assist with any questions. I also really enjoy the fact that we are always called back for our appointment very soon after arrival, and the total appointment time is typically 45 minutes. The staff is also very good with my six year old who is often not excited about a visit to the dentist. I would definitely recommend this office to others for all of their dental care needs.

My husband and I went to West Augusta Dental for the first time this week. We are new to the area and are extremely happy that we chose West Augusta for our dental care. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly. They took excellent care of our teeth and would highly recommend them ! So happy we chose West Augusta Dental! This was my first experience at West Augusta Dental Associates today. They bent over backwards to schedule my appointment. I couldn't believe I got one so quickly. Katherine, my hygienist, was knowledgeable and provided suggestions for improving the health of my mouth, gums, teeth. My teeth feel great. Dr. Greg Clepprr came in and was really professional as well. I would strongly recommend West Augusta Dental Associates to anyone needing a dentist.

Dr. Turner was excellent while performing my procedure (No Pain at all) and his assistant, Faye was very friendly and very professional. Everyone on staff always demonstrate excellent customer service each time I visit. West Augusta Dental is the best!
